i'm  actually  really  open  to  this!  i,  myself,  do  love  longer  apps,  so  semi  appless  is  definitely  something  i'd  be  down  to  do.  i  think  i'm  just  torn  between  keeping  things  first  come,  first  served  or  allowing  multiple  apps  per  skeleton  and  choosing  between  them,  since  i  know  both  approaches  have  their  pros  and  cons.  initially  i  was  leaning  toward  appless  +  first  come  because  i  know  how  nerve  racking  it  can  be  to  apply  for  a  role  that  allows  multiple  apps  without  knowing  if  yours  will  be  the  one  that's  picked.  however,  i  do  really  like  that  semi  appless  allows  people  the  chance  to  really  make  a  skeleton  their  own  through  an  application,  which  would  help  the  group  last  longer.
