I got into yoga after my sister did and now we do it together. I find it very relaxing and it even helps me warm up for my tennis matches ;)

I used to figure skate, and it was always really intense. After I got a concussion, I had to take a break. I still stay active with yoga and less demanding activity, but I miss skating and can hopefully get back to it soon.
Sports injuries can be really tough; I've sprained my ankles more times than I can count doing cross country. Personally whenever my life has gone to hell which has seemed to be a lot within the last two years, I would grab my soccer all. Now since I can no longer play soccer I've turned to running, biking 22 miles, or non stop intense yoga for 40 minutes and for a moment all the stress goes away and I feel okay again.
