Hello, my Timeline Bashing Pioneers! Today we are going on a deep dive into significant periods of human history! Or at least those I could find. Humans like that sort of thing right? Reflecting on the past? So lets explore their lived experiences and hopefully learn something new! What are we waiting for! Lets go! --- Caine

1530 - Tudor England

Marked with a power struggle between the Catholics and Protestants culminating in the creation of a new domination of Protestantism it has become a crucial pivot in history. The Beginnings of Colonial expansion with Elizabeth II and Henry VIII desolation of monasteries. All this excitement and Kinger is just happy to be here.

1750 - Versailles

The height of court excess, great large panniers holding up layers and layers of the finest fabrics decorated in the fashion of a delicately layered cake. We do know Gangle, that you are not one to refuse a decadent Victoria sponge. With strawberries! Delectable.

It also a time of flourishing arts owing to large investment in portraiture and popularization of landscape paintings that would provide her with much to occupy her time with.

1880 - early bustle Victorian era

A time of great innovation and much uncertainty amongst the populace, in this great big tug of war between enterprise and the crafts. Nature and progress. Rich and the destitute. With you stuck right in the middle Pomni!

1950 - The Fifties

The birth of suburban life, after the end and recovery from WWII this decade is either hated or revered. A time of massive tech optimism, with gadgets of all kinds entering the home and with it brand new pressures of women forced to leave the jobs that were previously aiding the war effort now told to "stay home and cook". With expectations high and no room for being anything else but what your social role demanded of you. I'm sure Ragatha you couldn't possibly relate!

1970 - Punk movement

You know the social rules that we were fed that ultimately led to nothing? The youth of England had enough! They took to the streets, living in squats, spray painting the walls and finding solace and community in music. It wasn't all safety pins and roses however, with a massive drug problem exasperated by the ‘no future’ attitude, many didn't make it to see the decade through. I'm sure I don't have to explain why Jax would find herself amongst those rocking it out in Camdon.

1990 - Nineties

Garish, loud and unashamed about it, its the decade when finally we stop pretending clothes have anything to do with gender. Jeans and a shirt are perfectly suitable for either. With new technological advancements in dyes we are going BRIGHT, BRIGHT, BRIGHT. The more offensive the better, Zooble I'm sure you would approve.
