I’m starting to actually like celery sticks. I’ve never really liked them before, but now I eat them with peanut butter and even though I’m kind of picky and won’t eat certain pieces like if they’re too hard or too stringy, I think it’s progress. I’m trying to incorporate more healthy foods into my diet instead of eating junk like ice cream or cookies and then having to restrict afterwards to make up for it. I know some people actually like the feeling of ⭐️ving bc it’s affirming for them, and I understand that, but for me it just feels like a punishment. I know it builds discipline, but if it feels like a punishment, it makes me want to binge later. And sometimes those urges are too strong to resist. Which is why I’m trying to drink more water and find more healthy foods to fill up on so I can feel somewhat satiated while still making progress towards my goals.

Okay like I love loosing weight but I hate what this disorder is doing to me. Every single day I scroll on tumblr/twt and look at ed content, when I’m not doing that I’m tracking calories, planning what I’m gonna eat the next few days & how many calories it’s gonna be and how long my fast has been going for.
And when it’s not that, it’s eating.
I genuinely have no personality anymore but the weightloss is so addicting.

Sooo I calculated her BMI as being 19.7 when she first started the show (5’6, 122lbs) so since I’m 5’4 I would have to be approximately 114.7lbs in order to have the same BMI. So I’ve officially made 114.7lbs my GW. :P

1. "when i eat _ i feel sick." (greasy foods, dairy, gluten, etc)
2. "i don't want to stain my clothes!" a classic "(---)
3. "i already ate at / during -" (before i came, at school, etc)
4. "i feel nauseous"
5. "i don't want to waste time getting food!"
6. "i dont have money to order in / buy food!"
7. "i can't eat until x hours after i take my medication"
8. "i'm full"
9. "i've been having diarrhea" embarsssing but works!
10. "i'm to tired to eat / ill eat in the morning"
11. "i'm not hungry for " if you don't get embrassed easily, say you're hungry for something very expensive or not obtainable! i always say i want fast foods that don't exist where i live or things like caviar it also makes it less suspicious because you seem interested in food!
a few tips to make it believable!
1. make sure you're ready to tell someone what you "ate" in detailed if they ask, make sure you have all the ingredients!
2. stage dirty dishes and wrappers! (please do not waste or throw away food
3. kind of gross, but you could have yourself smelling like food so people would automatically think you ate!
4. if people want to go out to eat, pretend to act interested despite x "omg yes i'd love mcdonald's but i feel so sick”
Or an even better and more respectable excuse: “Oh, no mcdonalds for me, I’d rather not support corporations who fund genocide”
