But believe me: if you feel unsafe, if you cry at night, if it hurts, if you have to chase a feeling of safety or validation, if you feel afraid, if something just feels generally wrong, something is wrong. Your body knows, and deep down you do to. If it was right it would feel right. If it was safe it would feel safe. Believe in yourself, and be the one to save yourself.
