All right, thanks for confirming that this fandom on tumblr is pretty much filled with favoritism. I’m deleting lxfebinder, viridiiis, and maeldormi. I’m putting dexthwing on a hiatus, not deleting that one because I enjoy it. My new main RP is going to be Time. All of this was due to drama that I really didn’t inflict. Of course, I voluntarily stuck my neck out and got beheaded instead. Thanks to those who enjoyed me being here, but you can contact me on temporaliiis if you’d like. I’m calling it quits for the most part on this fandom. This is all because of some people not quite acting their age, not learning a full story, or understanding. I’ve moved on from this situation before, and I can do it again. Those select few know who they are, and I’m disappointed, but I don’t think you care. Because we all care about that one beacon, right?? Not anyone else. Go ahead and flock the beacon like moths, I’m opting out. You wanted me to leave? Congratulations. Again, thanks to those who stuck around.
Which is one of the reasons that I have stopped associating myself with a great part of the fandom; specifically the aforementioned one. It is a contest of popularity; and whoever holds the reins will steer the whole cavalry towards whoever they see as attacker; whether or not it is true. Because most follow blindly without informing themselves with the situation; protecting someone who feels attacked when in truth, they have started a reaction that could possible harm an innocent mind much more than simply feeling wronged.
If an ask feels as though it is making a fool of you, do not publish it. If you feel attacked, block the person; speak to them about it. Do not give them a bad image through your opinion on the matter; it is disrespectful, immature and unfair. I do not care if you use fancy formatting, if you bend lore, or simply do your own thing. But if you have such a hateful attitude, I have no wish of being around you. You are damaging people by playing the popularity card instead of sitting down with them and talk. IF YOU VALUE THEM, YOU TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. IF YOU CARE FOR A PERSON'S HEALTH, YOU TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM. YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM TO THE SLAUGHTER OF AN IGNORANT FLOCK. People have preferences in their writing, and their partners, and that will forever be that way. People are allowed to like some portrayal more than others; they are not obligated to write with anyone. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THEY THINK THEMSELVES BETTER. IT IS CALLED PREFERENCES. EVERY HUMAN HAS THEM. If you want to bend lore, you have the right to do so. If you want to follow lore, you have the right to do so. And as extreme as this sounds, for some people, these are fragments of the reason for taking their lives. You don't assume, you don't point fingers; YOU TALK. IF THEY HURT YOU, YOU TELL THEM. NO ONE CAN READ MINDS.
