i've been feeling really low lately, physically and mentally. today, i kinda cracked a bit. i should have seen it coming but, anyway. to break the cycle of stagnation, i got a haircut and went for a run (haven't done one since january). and waddaya know, i feel a lot better. i might read my book a bit tonight to try and wind down.
