context: Never trust a socially inept person to write dialogue!!! For the past week or so, I had drawn up to the part where Ralph is all whiny about Jack judging her, and it was approaching the cricket hours, and I was so convinced I could convey the rest of my ideas by the time morning arrived and then… I drew Ralph, and I was so PISSED because in my last post her face looks stupid, and in this post her face STILL looks stupid. I gave it one last chance, and I drew her really quick, but then she looked too cute for my art style, so I tried to draw it again, seriously this time, and I COULDN’T. Then I was all: “I’ll salvage it by drawing it ALL AGAIN IN THIS EASY ARTSTYLE”, and then I doodled Ralph for practice, but I got pissy again because I CAN’T SEEM TO DRAW RALPH, so I decided that this project was never gunna see the light of day, BUT I looked at the panel where Simon passes out, and– holy smokes– I love that panel so much, but I couldn’t just post it contextless, now can I?
