This one is perfection. I love this channel and what this duo creates. The plucking is…what i need without realizing it beforehand. It gets me so tingly.

My stress has been on a level that i don’t want to experience — 20/10 — for some yrs and decades if I’m honest. I just want my shoulders and neck to not be so knotted up.

I guess the toxicity in my world persists and so do i. So. do. I.

It's my 1 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳

Wow wow wow. My first time in tumblr. My first time venting and—-omg feeling safe. I used to vent in an actual book with a pen and that was a fucking disaster. People are invasive. Loved ones are disrespectful. Abuse and neglect are real. I won’t be writing in journals or living with an adult willingly, so I’m trying happy to know i can still release without prying eyes close to me and my belongings.

This year went by quickly. I enjoyed it and didn’t track the time since my life is a rollercoaster and the things i try to incorporate to care for and notice my needs mostly don’t work well or have an aspect i can incorporate this long. It’s been over one year.

Thank you tumblr for holding me down. Thank you Me for trying when you’re already disappointed and have proof that things don’t work out the way you need them to. ✌🏽

I want to alleviate stress and then lacking the ability to visualize stresses me.

You have to be odd to be number one. 

To live with a monster and not be aware is totally different than seeing who they are. It’s scarier after you know they’re a monster because they can see you seeing them with clearer vision.

And if they NEED to remain concealed then now you’re a big ass target.
