The made in USA version of the megamax gives up several key features of the original megamax that make it so great.

Firstly, and more importanly for me, the cut of the diaper is completely different. Or rather, the cut of the made in USA megamax is exactly the same as every other adult diaper on the market. The larger leg circumference that made the megamax such a good option for me is gone, and instead they're just like every other diaper I've tried, fitting almost painfully tight in the thigh, even in a size far larger than my waist or hip measurements would require.

Next, the material is different. The made in USA megamax uses a plastic backsheet which is louder, less stretchy, and which chafes much mofe easily against the inner thighs. This material also feels less breatheable, I find myself sweating more while wearing a made in USA than an original.
