Blue fairy, make a wish~~~~

These are a few Korean bjd eye companies I’ve purchased from this year. Since I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment I figured i would review each one. The first one is from @hanarabi8519 and it’s 18mm and the colour is salmon. It’s made of urethane, the eyes capture light really well. The colours accurate to the photos on her website. The eyes are a bit more on the expensive side but looking at the threading and clarity it’s definitely worth it! The details in these eyes is truly amazing! You can order from her directly but it takes about a month after order. Eyes number 2-3-4 are from @petitsoiree.co.kr and are 16mm glass and 18mm glass colours are beige, burleywood and deep olive. These eyes were very affordable for glass. The colours are very beautiful but there’s very visible bubbles in the eyes and dust specs. Besides that great value and pretty in photos. Due to the price, they go very quickly so keep an eye out on their Twitter for release schedules. Last 3 eyes are from @winterrain_bjd They are 16mm glass eyes and the colours are forget me not, pure gold and lilac. These eyes are almost perfect. A bit on the pricier side but the threading is perfect and the colours are nicer in real life. Forget me not has a beautiful purple tinge in the middle of the eye that makes the colour stunning in photos.Pure gold just glows and lilac is very vibrant, all the colours have great clarity and capture light very well. She has a sheet to state the imperfections like bubbles but the bubbles are so small they’re almost specs that aren’t visible! I’ve made an order for another 5 pairs in 18mm! Very excited to get them! If you want to order their eyes you will need to follow their Twitter for release schedules, production is about 6 weeks. . .

Michelin the stylish boy

Introducing Lola, My very first face mold. She was inspired by my love for kawaii things and confectionary. It was so much fun to paint her. Was actually debating whether or not to colour her skin but I think leaving it white was best.

Klaus the mouse: The idea came to me to make a mouse while watching “ mouse hunt” I used to love this movie as a kid and still love it to this day. I tried to capture a cheeky look to him, but I think he looks more happy than cheeky. But overall happy with his appearance.

One of my Room mates is obsessed with goldfish, So my very first sculpture with polymer clay became a fish. I think Through observing It was probably the easiest thing t make since the reference was right in front of me. Of course extremely stylized but none the less I am happy with the result.

I think i captured the essence of the baby sea turtle, But gave it an animated spin and style.

Starting watching that netflix show about de cluttering so contemplating whether or not to sell anymore of my dolls...... Do they still spark joy???

This girl doesn’t get nearly as much attention as she should! I’ve been so fixated on my other girls that I haven’t really had time to take her out for photos. Buts shes still as cute as ever.
