The clarity of the screen on the PlayStation Portal is unreal. 8 inch LCD 1080p and 60fps. Games that run at 4K downscale for the screen’s capabilities to make for one crisp clean image. One week in and so far I’m impressed.

So much loss, grief, the “need for revenge”, letting go, and then the need to move forward. Idk that the story should have a 3rd game. I like the way it ended. It ended in such a poetic way.

Earthbound Begginings on the NES.

Gonna pull the trigger on this after Christmas!

Picked up an unsealed copy of Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration. If you’re a retro gamer, a collector, a historian of any level then this is the game for you. This title has set a new standard for how a celebration style compilation should be done. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up and see for yourself.

Combat on the Atari 2600 is the earliest memory I have of gaming on a home console. My parents bought the Wood Grain system along with Pac Man. Over the years we’d get a number of games for the system. While most of the games just aren’t playable anymore due to age and progression of gameplay and technology. I’ll always have some wonderful memories of this game and system.

Bought Need For Speed Unbound today and so far so good! I made it through the initial training race, did a little character customization, and a couple real races. I like what I’ve played so far! Also the soundtrack has been fire!

Picked up this gem the other day. I’ve never beat any of the Grand Theft Auto games. So, I’ve decided to make beating them some what of a side project. I’ve started with GTAIII. We’ll see how it goes!

Skies of Arcadia for the Sega Dreamcast. I’m glad I’ve finally got a hold of this gem! I’m really enjoying getting back into retro gaming and collecting again.
