We split another part again. They have the name of one of our abusers and having some traits of them. That's great. It feels so triggering for the others i had to write their name with an asterisk on sp..

They literally appeared after I(?) finished drawing some random character today few minutes after (ohhh goddd...)

It's so. I don't know.

I(Paige) don't like them... Well. I kinda feel disconnected from our trauma around them, and in general. So don't have a "definitive" feeling about them. (Even though I can still find them boring sometimes) . But i still refer to them as my "mom" and "dad" . The other parts can influence my thoughts on them though.

M² is a fawner so she tries to please and understand them. She does refer to them as her parents or our parents and "mother"/" father". She appreciates them(?, I don't know if that's the right word.)..

M¹ absolutely hates them. He'd rather refer to them as their pronouns or "my" parents. They often criticize while analysing them.

Mikaël is a really hard part to listen to for me when we're not dissociated. But I don't think they like them very much..

So in March (09/03) something happened.. Our "home teacher" said something that made us trigger (They were.. Threatening to hit us with a belt) and dissociate. M³ was taking over (or she was more co-fronting with me?). It felt weird. There was such an internal conflict and it was physically exhausting.. She did respond to him but she felt so timid.

Then, we went back to our room and M³ just broke down, and slept moments after

And that led to Lo being more active than ever since and decided to walk on tiptoes ( she does this all the time inside but, why....).

So, yeah, that's it, my memory is kind of blurry because this was a while ago?

Okay so now the teacher also triggered us and made us dissociate yesterday (using the same phrase) and i think this is what caused that new introject to come out (Or the many, many criticism/insults/etc from my parents and some other people i've encountered over the years).
