Pride Panda Cupcakes

This California winter (aka warm sunny days) has me in the mood for some citrus.  I present Key Lime cupcakes with a graham cracker crust, fresh meringue frosting, and a candies lime slice on top.

I'm not dead, just haven't been around for a while.  Much like French Toast Crunch cereal.  To honor its glorious return to the US, I present french toast cupcakes with a maple mascarpone buttercream.  I've never used mascarpone before, and omg it's amazing!  Enjoyyyy~

Got bored.  Started Baking.  THIS is the result.  Almond cupcakes with a lemon curd filling topped with blueberry buttercream rolled in an almond pie crust crumble topped with a piece of flakey almond pie crust.  ENJOY!  (Hahaha, you can't, but you can still look)

Hope everybody's having a fun and safe 4th of July!  Just wanted to show off the new squirly bundtlette pan I got with these triple lemon bundlettes!  They kinda look like big cruller donuts, haha.

I'm home for summerrrrr!  Which means I can finally bake again!  I was honestly going through withdrawals without my kitchen, but I made it.  I present coconut cupcakes with a salted caramel sauce center (homemade of course) with a chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream (hate that it tastes so good because it is a pain to make) topped with some toasted coconut.  So much for that summer bod...

I painted this plate at Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge here in Santa Cruz, and it came out super good!  Can't wait to load it up with cupcakes :3

Getting totally baked on Easter this year.  Trolololol.  Stay safe everybody.

My take on Neapolitan.  A vanilla cupcake with a strawberry buttercream dipped in chocolate.  This holiday break has been so fattening...

I spent my Christmas Eve baking.  ALL OF IT.  (More like 6 hours but still...!)  This is a Bavarian cream braid.  It is 15 cream-filled inches (lol) of Bavarian heaven covered in chocolate.  Merry Christmas everybody!
