In the exercises that I did for the subject of speaking, I develop skills of fluency and of improvisation, because in both exercises done in this summer, I decided to write of the topics widely and by means of what I had written, in the class I speak without developing a document separate with paragraphs that I would learn, this is because I know that It is important for this subject to improve the subject for the Bulat´s. I consider that the skill of speaking opposite to many persons on a topic in another language must develop by means of the improvisation since thanks to this one the fluency is obtained. Thanks to this exercise I take a sorrow from myself and I realized that to me is OK in these exercises in which I speak on a topic in a minute, since my qualifications was excellent.

In the exercises that I did for the subject of writing, I realized that there are certain details, which constantly I was not noticing that I was committing erroneously, but after the exercises, I have improved my skills and fixed since I conjugate and structure the writing. However, to speak the English is not the same thing than to write it, and in these exercises one I has noticed few problems that tape-worm in the writing of topics. I consider that for this exercise, there has helped me very much the business vocabulary that has been offered to us in the classes, because with them my skills are more and I have more chance to different words in my essays. After these exercises I have put to practice for my account, exercising my skills by means of letters to my friends that I have abroad, which have been a great support, to extract forward my Bulats's exam.

To write for a blog with business topic, It helps myself very much, especially in the vocabulary, with this type of exercises because they help me to extend my vocabulary and my possible combinations of words, which I can use in my Bulats's exam and to obtain the points that I wish in this exam. The vocabulary that the teacher offers to us, is very good and concise, It helps myself to understanding several business topics and developing skills that before it was not obtaining with any English class. With this vocabulary, I will manage to speak on the topics that grant us in Bulats's exam, with major facility, since with a wide vocabulary, it is less difficult to develop the topics that are asked us to use. Also it works enough for the works that we obtain in our life, because it is better to speak formally with business topics, that to look for words constantly.

The part of reading does not impede myself, since it is one of my favorite hobbies. I like to learn constant on different topics and nowadays I like to read in English, since I think that it helps me to extend my vocabulary and to help me to see how I can write in English. Also in the reading exercise you can see the idioms that are used now, about the world. I consider that read in English every day, also it helps to speak fluently, when they ask you to read loudly some paragraph, as to offer the skill of understanding the context of words that were not known, since if the entire paragraph is read, the word obtains the meaning for it alone. Normally I was not reading on business topics, but with this exercise, one made custom read on business news or to read books that explain topics as these.

In the exercises that I did for listening, it helps me very much to see all my series of television in English, because they was acted the majority by Britishers and his accent was very difficult to deal. Thanks to this, in the summer, I develop more my ear, since I understand with facility the conversations of my favorite series. This type of exercises work very much because the ear develops of better way and already you do not need to center very much to understand a conversation, it is possible to deal easily and the brain does it automatically.

What I learned --> In this unit I learned about the vocabulary of leadership, modern management styles, and empowerment. Leadership: subordinates, leadership skills, flair, charisma, drive, dynamism and energy. Modern management styles: distant, remote, open, authoritarian, approchable, imposed and consultation Empowerment: initiative, empowerment, decision-making, decentralized, bureaucratic, delegate, and delegation.

The second vocabukary is about when stimulation turns to stress: pressure, became, overwork, nervous breakdown, burnout, burned out, under stress, etc. And the thrird vocabulary talk about the downshifting: life style, unstressful, quality time, downshifters, rebalancing and downshifting.

In this activity I learned how to improve my skill to write, and the way in which concretize and I analyze the topic. Also develop more skills to organize the topic and to do not have errors.This help me to understand what are my errors and what i can do to change this problem. My common errors are dupplicate subjects, paralelism and put "to" after help and protect.

In this activity, I put in practice the different topics that we have learned in class, due to the fact that I had to learn not to commit mistakes in my writing and to have a good structure of the essay that I wrote about my ideal work and my work place.

In this activity I learned how to improve my fluency of the English, and my confidence, describing a new and innovative product and that was necessary for Mexico. Also I had to describe the form in which it would sell it and would do advertising to him to the product, in order that every méxico knew it.
