Iāve kinda lost track of how long itās been since Iāve logged in here, like, actuallyĀ logged in here. Iām pretty much only active on twitter nowadays.
I left tumblr for a very very longggg list of reasons that I wonāt get into because frankly, it doesnāt matter anymore. But oh boy some cool stuff has happened in the mean time, (IN ThE MOMEENNTT), including one major announcement:
I move to Japan next week!
I donāt remember if I ever mentioned it on here, but at the end of last year I applied for a teaching job out in Japan and I ended up getting it. I leave next Friday and I couldnāt be more excited!
If youāre still active on tumblr, hi, how are you? I hope youāve been doing well. Iām debating whether or not I even want to actually return here. You may have noticed me dump a few recent art samples, but I am really unsure if I will continue to use this platform as a means to post art (this is related to the reasons why I left in the first place)
If anything, I will use my account to enjoy the content I am currently consuming, like any normal blog would. I will not prioritize promoting myself as a creator here, bc itās too stressful for me. Instead Iād love to just..hang out with you guys, chat, yell about anime, the usual. I may still post my art, but as I said I donāt think Iām gonna let it become the focus.Ā I donāt think I can handle that again, at least not right now.
