The kind of stuff I think: Plutarch is one of the few cases where the movie portrayal adds to the character instead of subtracting. His casual delivery of the most heinous stuff, tricking both Snow and the audience into thinking they know exactly where his loyalties lie. Him snapping at Katniss, then immediately catching himself and apologizing. Mouthing along to Coin’s speech with the implication that he's the one who wrote it. Smiling a little whenever Katniss stands up to Coin. That one moment of genuine panic during the bombing of D13. Incredible choices all around.

The kind of stuff I say: I like that you can see every last ounce of humanity leave his eyes when he suggests Snow should start killing and torturing more people :)
