So I wanted to know if you need a specific magnet to lift or not. I got really REALLY strong magnet from my physics professor and I'm wondering if that would work. I'm just wondering if I can use any magnet for plastic tags .Thank you💕

I've yet to use magnets. I personally cut out tags and re-sew. However, I know certain tags require a corresponding magnet (golf detachers I think they are called?) But depending on how strong the magnet really is it may work on certain things. I'd say it's best to use trial and error

Wire Cutters???

So I’ve seen a post on here that you can use wire cutters to cut the wire that attaches purses to display tables. My question is

1) Wouldn’t cutting the wire sound an alarm?

2) What kind of wire cutters? I’ve seen people say floral wire cutters, but how do I tell the difference?

Do not for the love of all that is holy cut purses attatched to the table. If a camera sees you or an sa sees you with a tool you have intent to lift with, it is an automatic felony. Take purses not attatched and detag in a dressing room. Any wire cutter from Home Depot should do it. It should not set off an alarm if it does not have speaker holes on the hard tag or indicates it can scream. But I repeat: do not whip out a pair of cutters on the floor.

Fool Proof Lifting Tip:

Pump whatever store you wanna lift from with CO2 gas. But not enough to kill people that's not nice. Now that everyone is unconscious on the floor, tiptoe very femininely between the bodies and grab whatever you want. Very important step! Grab a set of store keys from the still unconscious manager, then come back for seconds in a couple days.
