i go all day w/o eating and then end up binging late at night. so so upsetting. i Need to lose this weight. i Need to get out of this cycle. makes me feel like trashhh.

fasting all of today.

here’s what i can do instead of eating! 🎀🩻🎀

- go for a walk

- have a cup of tea

- read

- journal

-clean

- drink cold water

- go through my closet and get rid of clothes i don’t want anymore, sell some potentially

- give myself a lil at home pedicure

- face mask

- emails i’ve been putting off sending

- smoke

-calisthenics

- scroll on pr0 4n4

- watch tv

- literally anything else!!

wish me luck! the late night binging just has to stop. next 3 days will b extreme restriction if all goes well. desperate to get out of this habit.
