Don’t focus on your weight-gain or shrinking pants or the way you hold water. Instead notice how good the sun feels on your skin, when you dress accordingly and do not need to hide in thick sweaters. Notice how sharp your mind is and all that information you can hold onto, even without the need of liters of coffee. How you can read an entire book in a week, if it’s interesting enough and you are so into it that you forget what reality is like. Notice the pain of bruises and the tiredness after a long day of running around and connecting with the child in yourself, that holds only joy and no worries. Focus on how much fun it is to spend time with friends and family and to make memories that are filled with laughter. Realize that the world is a place of endless possibilities and instead of worrying about the way your body looks or might look in the future - Notice that now there is a future.

In order to move on, you must understand why you felt what you did and why you no longer need to feel it.
