breathe the sky

I have to write a paper picking a subject I care about (the examples given were money, family, climate change which really annoyed me tbh bc I need far more structure than that or I will go off the rails) and then find examples in visual, performance, and literary art. It’s my first paper in this class and I feel like I’m immediately going to make myself the weirdo but of course the only things I can think of are medieval or renaissance adjacent lol. My thought though is “fate” but I think I need a better word for it. I get really caught up in these moments in history where if this one thing in say the 1500s didn’t happen our entire lives would be different. Basically, I am trying to make this paper serve my special interest and vice versa because otherwise it’s motherhood since these are my two loves.
