And now for your ear-smacking pleasure the aural chefs at Café ROAM have simmered, flash-fried, slow-cooked, and blanched the very choicest of last year’s cuts into one everlasting gobstopper of a listening experience: Year in ROAM. Clocking in at just over 25 delectable minutes, this meal is for your ears to feast on.

The auricular sommeliers at ROAM selected these submissions from the smorgasbord of 2014’s offerings: Sounds of love and dreaming, travel and nature, family, comedy, spirituality, fear and the end times. Year in ROAM is an All-You-Can-Hear buffet, so mind the sneeze guards, strap on a feedbag, and get ready to gorge your ears on these scrumptious sonic slices. Mmm, mmm!

Years of orbiting the void have finally paid off for Hollow Stars. For old friends Dev Brown, Mason Brown, David Matysiak and Colin Mee, the fruits of their labor taste like alien. Loser Illusion is a record of passing as the Atlanta based group remains dormant a year after leaving the studio. The epic 6 song collection found on Loser Illusion clocks in at just over 40 minutes, which should be time enough to pace the Pyramids or a fast food parking lot. Loser Illusionis dedicated to those marginalized by societally inflicted obsolescence of being. Hollow Stars is not responsible for any boredom, drug use,  loitering or otherwise meaningless debauchery that occurs as a result of listening or not listening to this album.
