545 is as heavy as I want to go without a belt. Just another single. Finished with 2 sets of 6 at 405. Next week I might hit 585 belt less.
Coming back slow after maxing the other week. Doing deep squats without my belt. Just a single at 495.

Awesome lift but dude you gotta squat to depth
C'mon anon. I said I wish it were deeper. I do what I can with what injuries I have. If you want I can take 600 atg. I'm just trying to get used to 3.3 times my body weight. Also you don't have to be anonymous, I'm not going to hate for you having an opinion. If you are injury free then you squat that way all of the time, I can not.
My 700 squat for a single. I wish it were deeper, but this is a 45lbs jump for me. I'll make it cleaner soon. I'm just happy I didn't get crushed.
So I this is the most I've ever squatted. 675 for a single preparing for 700. Felt pretty good.
