Dragon Age Inquisition: DAI Theme Town Tune (“The Dawn Will Come”)

I’d argue this is the first time Dragon Age has a really identifiable theme, at least in terms of breaking it down into a little chiptune ACNL melody. Is that a good thing when talking about music? Probably not. But I’m listening to it as I write this post and dang it’s good. If your version didn’t come with the soundtrack, I’m so sorry. Pick it up!

Anyhow, like I did before with Kirkwall Nights, there’s a fast version to get a whole bar (16 is a bar, right?) and there’s a slower version that’s a bit more to speed with the actual score. This isn’t an exact science.

If anyone hears about another soundtrack that includes the vocal stuff from the game, let me know! There are some really great tavern songs if you haven’t yet heard them, and a (shut up YOU’RE crying) version of The Dawn Will Come with words and it’s probably not something I should have on my iPod, but that’s just how I roll. (Sobbing. In public.)

So recently I’ve been looking into getting a dog, and put in an application to meet a few. Got a call back from a woman from a shelter who, without even letting me say more than oh hello, launched into a personal attack on my character because of how unprofessional and disrespectful my voicemail message was.

I explained to her that she was maybe thinking she was in a dimension where a dog who needs a home gives a shit about answering machines, but to no avail.  Immediately received a call back from the shelter apologizing for the insane monster woman they were apparently fostering.

It saddens me when the companions in dragon age 2, know Ita going to end an start worrying

Even I don’t understand why that’s ironic. Does GIR hate Nine Inch Nails? Is it because GIR doesn’t wear hats? Maybe I just don’t understand my own humor. Goddamn me.
