So this here is Winston. He is a pokemon trainer. I started off with the inspiration of a mix of Hex Maniac and Bird Keeper trainer types then just uh

stole some of the colors then used a picrew to mess with palettes.

He actually wasn’t meant to end up a fully made design and I was gonna just mess with concepts while using premade poses I found on google. Instead I drew my own pose and my own bits for the whole thing so I’m fairly proud of it.

So anyways. This is Winston. His dad was a former Team Rocket Grunt that cleaned up his act when Winston was left on his doorstep after a fun night out ended with consequences. After his dad kept getting harassed by his old buddies that didn’t like he left their ranks for much of Winston’s childhood, they moved to a new region for safety.

Winston’s dad manages to borrow some money from his parents and sets up a pokemon raising/breeding business. It turns out he’s really good at raising/breeding dark, ghost, flying and psychic pokemon. Winston is given an egg from their first batch of pokemon given to them, the trainer did not want the egg.

A Murkrow hatches from the egg and Winston spends much of his childhood caring with and training with this murkrow among his friends in the area. Some of the children there get their starters from his dad since all those eggs a trainer does not want has to go somewhere and not all towns/cities have professors.

It can be very much like running into a wall because to them because do them, anxiety is a fleeting thing. It is not all consuming.

I can never communicate my thoughts properly in a timely fashion, not unless I’m writing.

Today I thought of a line I think describes anxiety pretty well.

“It is to be consumed by a future that never existed and never will exist but your mind can’t tell the difference between what is and is not that future. It eats at you until you drowning in it, struggling against something that will never be.”

Here’s my kid Daithi. He is dressed in a dress inspired by Ms.Frizzle's (from the magic school bus) dress ‘Sees Stars’ and a little bit of Starry Night is mixed in for flavor. 

This is Kiran. He is an old character of mine who I’ve repurposed for a camp half blood server. The server is one of my own creation based on Norse mythology and instead of a camp it’s an academy. Still somewhat based on the Magnus Chase books though. o:!
