Novel is a 19 year old Equar whom is being charged for the mana murder of his family, but something's not right. They disappeared when he got home from a birthday night out. powerful mana, unlike their own, permeated the scene and strange symbols inhabit their home!
They know their family is out there and that someone has taken them. With the help of 2 enigmatic acolytes, novel will have to traverse their strange, hostile world to find them, learning about his planet's history and maybe a thing or two about himself in the process.
This queer comic touches a lot on trauma, violence, sexual exploration, complex healthy and unhealthy relationships surrounding traumatized folks and people with cluster b disorders, family dynamics, gore, child abuse, as well as being an outlet for my own trauma as a transgender who lived in texas. If these topics discomfort you, this may not be the comic for you.
