Not immediately, there is no set time. They just need to be willing to try. He’s a friendly kid, he warms up to people pretty quickly. 

I- I don’t really know. Funny, I guess. Someone who will challenge me. Someone who’s looking for something longterm, who’s ready to stop partying and settle down. Someone who will treat Charlie like their own. And what’s yours? I need to know how to wingman, too.

Funny?  Maybe I know someone from the sitcom tha films next to us.  Someone who will challenge you?  Scratch that, actors are too dumb to do that.

If you want to settle down with someone, we probably need to get you someone older, then.  Some 30something rich divorcee’ who ended up with their kids because their wife/husband was horrible.  You’d have a Brady Bunch situation with that, like Hunter Clarington, does that sound palatable?

My type?  I was going to go to the Abbey and try and figure that out.  I haven’t been with a guy in ages, so I don’t know.  Good looking. Good thing gay and bis are less likely me to judge for that.  I come from beautiful family, I have an aesthetic, so sue me.

Someone who appreciates me.  That might sound bad too, but I spent too long with someone who didn’t, and I’m done with power plays.  

And yeah, someone to settle down with.  I’m not gettin any younger.   So now that we’re on the same page, let’s pick a night, and let’s go get some.

Yeah, but like- me and my kid are a package deal. He comes first before everyone, so if someone can’t get along with him we’re not working out. It’s just that simple. 

It is annoying. One girl asked me to take a picture of her down, it didn’t take too much longer for that one to end.

See, now that’s just ridiculous. No girls ever really warm up to my kid, and they get jealous when I talk about his mother. Besides, most twenty-four year olds still want to party every night, and I just don’t have time for that. And the guys are just- really desperate. I think I’ve given up for good, honestly.

It could be that some people just aren’t kid people, but they might get there.  I know I enjoy my niece and nephew (in limited doses) but other kids aren’t really my thing necessarily.  Maybe a few of the cool ones spawned from Blaine’s crowd, but that’s it.

The jealousy thing is ridiculous.  That’s just annoying.

I’m moving on to men.  It’s been awhile since I’ve been with one, so we shall see.  

I’m so over women.

I wasn’t seeing anyone, I was trying to, I wanted to find a wife on that dumb reality show that got cancelled before they even aired it.  After all that screening there wasn’t one woman who I would want to marry, and the whole process just made me really cynical about women - they’re all like Melissa, always playing power games, or they are so clingy, or they talk so much I want to blow my brains out.  It was all great for my craft, going through all that, but I’m exhausted.  I haven’t been with a guy since that Graham guy when I was working that cruise ship job, but I think it’s time.
