i keep watching random videos of women talking about what it's like to be off hormonal birth control and something consistently said is that they feel like themselves off of it, one girl said she could feel her feet on the ground while she was walking, and that really hit for me, it's like i can see and feel and hear things in a more personal way that i don't remember having for a very long time, the biggest thing to me recently has been sounds, bird songs used to just sound like one continuous noise that i didn't really register as separate bird songs and now i can pick out the different sounds in a meaningful way, anyways i hope you're all having a good day whoever is reading this random diary account
