We all share one purpose as humans. I hear people say that, we are made for different purposes. Some were made to dance, preach, sing etc, but these are all hobbies, things we enjoy doing, where we can lose ourselves for a moment. But you see, society has made it so hard for us to be ourselves, to the point that whenever we have the opportunity to do things we enjoy, we think it’s the all in all, everything there is. But you see, our purpose has humans is to step into our divine nature (Spirituality), to raise our consciousness and awareness, to understand the universe. We need to know that we are spiritual beings. Now I’m not trying to sound smart or ego-shame anyone (just came up with that word). But I feel like we hear that word a lot but we don’t still posses the power that comes with spirituality. You see, we have made ourselves slaves to religion, more like giving away our birthrights. Because spirituality is something we are born with, no one can teach you spirituality, while religion on the other hand is there to institutionalize you, of which we as humans need to be institutionalized to some extent. To train/ increase our focus energy. Going to the gym is a religion, going to your job/ workplace is a religion, taking care of your household is a religion. Religion is like a form of commitment, to enable us as humans take up tasks regardless of how we feel. Just know that religion and spirituality are not the same thing. Religion is like an Aquarium, while Spirituality is like the Ocean. Thus, you can be religious and not be spiritual, you can be spiritual and not be religious or you can be both, religious and spiritual. I for one is spiritual and religious. I am a Muslim and I believe in Allah as the one true God, the Entirely merciful, The Most Merciful and all praise is due to him for ever.
