He honestly seems mostly like a regular baby to me, who can't understand what everyone was talking about. (As for the book HERBIE held up in the mid-credit scene, maybe Franklin's super intelligence or whatever was more advanced then.)

But I've decided to have Galactus be lying in my AU; no powers until he's older, no super intelligence. (I don't know what to do with it + again, he seemed like a regular baby.)

And in my AU, he wasn't born yet when the team defeated Galactus.
