my workout tips, routines and habits! (second part & very much improved)
hi loves <3 how are y'all doing? it's been a while since my last post (around 6 months), but it is primarily because i've been focusing in myself as much as possible. i changed my intimate circle, my eating habits and, as the title shows, my exercise routines. i'll be sharing everything in this post!!
routine: i still do a lot of indoor cycling, around 2-3 per week. normally i burn 500 cal, which takes me around an hour.
i do youtube workouts, mostly yoga and pilates related (i do one simple workout + indoor cycling or two simple workouts):

advices: stretch always! your muscles will thank you endlessly for this, plus it really helps with toning and definition.
focus in your breathing. around 80% of our body fat is exhaled, so is crucial for you to breath slowly and focused.
hydration!!!! please please please drink water before, during and after your workouts, this will help with your breathing, your digestion and your body in general.
might sound silly but search for the right motivation online, go make those fitness pinterest moodboards (+ follow me theanchorsong) and get the right inspiration!
if possible, accompany your workout habits with a healthy and balanced diet (i'll make a special post about this). try to cut most processed foods and sodas and artificial juices!
follow these routines at your way, intensity and time, remember that consistency is the key
