this dude spent who knows how long pining over the girl who is head over heels for his younger brother but you can barely tell bc he keeps it to himself and he’s so good to persephone the summer sam leaves early and yes what they did was bad but like

idk ok?!

i literally don’t know what to say

not just like parents aunts uncles kids etc

but also close knit friends

and even though we have such different walks in life we’d still come together on a sunday evening at someone’s place and have a meal together and then watch a movie

there would be multiple conversations going and someone would make pie at their house and bring it in still hot from the oven and everyone would help out making the food, setting the table, cleaning afterwards

record music would play gently in the background and the outside world would carry on revolving but we’d be there, just ourselves in that moment, everything on hold because we’re together and we want to know how each other’s week was and what’s new

one person would arrive late from work while everyone else is watching the movie, letting themselves into the home and someone would say that there’s food in the microwave, to grab it and come watch the movie

idek where this rant started and where ive reached but
