So I guess that Lincoln, Michael and Sara stole Scylla and then Don stole it again only he didn’t quite have all the pieces, so they were at a bit of a stalemate. Don tries to use aggression to get Michael to hand over his piece, only it turns out his aggression level is only 4 or so, whereas Lincoln’s aggression level is like 8 or 9, so the aggression doesn’t play out as he’d like. Consequently he tries to reason with Michael towards to mutual sale of Scylla, only it turns out his reason level is also significantly insufficient. Unfortunately he has the best technology so he still manages to find out where Michael hides his piece, later allowing him to obtain it (you might remember he had the whole thing ready to sell in the following episode).

Contrary to my suspicion, Alex in the following episode was in fact not being transferred from one prison to another, but rather from a Café to a prison or jail or somewhere. In any case he started this episode completely free of all restraints except those he imposed on himself. He had an ‘end of the deal’ though it was probably mentioned earlier what it was, I’m not sure. One thing I do know about his end of the deal was that he required the help of his friend who I knew would later be the one who arrested him. As you can imagine it didn’t go well for him. He asked her to fetch the other FBI agent and he said he might help Alex if he could bring good evidence against the company. He can’t so he gets arrested (eventually they do though, if you remember).

Also worth noting that Alex was arrested at the end of this episode and escapes about half way into the following episode, making his completely solo escape much shorter than Sara’s whole gang escape. It sure is a good thing Alex isn’t the main protagonist, otherwise the series would be about an episode long.

Meanwhile no one is on the General’s team this episode, so he looks around the city for people, he tells his team to look for Gretchen and Don together.

Tea Bag has a moustache; he has a gun and is holding Gretchen’s sister and daughter hostage. Probably at Don’s request and probably to keep Gretchen in line. This episode develops Tea Bag a lot more, it shows that he used to have another identity which he liked but then his old shit one came back to haunt him. He tried and tried (and ultimately succeeded) to be a good decent turned-around guy.

I guess Michael’s intention with Scylla is the same as what later happened, only instead of that Kellerman guy and the UN it was just Alex’s FBI chum.

After Don and Gretchen left Michael’s establishment following the initial unsuccessful aggression and reasoning, Fernando hid in his car and snuck along on their journey. They stopped and went to a Motel and Fernando stole their smoke grenades.

The person Lincoln was in prison for killing was named Terrence. Lincoln and Michael love each other very much and Michael was on pain killers for his cancer. That’s was a scene.

Michael hides his piece as I said, little did he know Don watching him as I said.

It is heavily implied that Gretchen’s sister had an abusive boyfriend in the past, and Gretchen was concerned about the safety of her daughter (who lives with Gretchen’s sister and thinks she’s her mother, don’t remember if I mentioned that) so she murders the guy, and says that she’ll do the same to Tea Bag for his overall bastardyness.

I don’t remember how the General found out where Tea Bag was (it’s been literally minutes since I watched this episode) but he did find out, and he sent his man, at the time we didn’t know he was his man (I did, he’s the same man that appears later) to get Tea Bag, but Tea Bag is a clever rascal and punches the guy right in the face with all his smarts. The man is pretending he sells bibles but he has an army ring on.

The General’s daughter doesn’t like him anymore and quits, she knows now that he’s a bastard. Then the generals face computers find Don and Gretchen and he sends all his best guys.

Tea Bag ties the General’s man up and wants to kill him, unfortunately Gretchen’s sister appeals to his human side and the bible selling act is terribly convincing, causing Tea Bag to have many doubts about killing him, doubts which Self doesn’t care about and later tells Tea Bag to kill him anyway. Tea Bag was gonna but then he decides he doesn’t want to be that guy and lets everyone free, which proves his undoing as he is knocked out and taken by the nasty man.

So the Motel has this guy and he tells them which room Don and Gretchen are in for an amount of money greater than $100, and for a further amount of money he calls Don and Gretchen and tells them that someone was asking about them. This caused Gretchen to go have a look and get attacked by Fernando, who sadly isn’t as tough as her, so Sara pushes her down the stairs, as only a master tactician would.

Gretchen somehow gets away and when the company arrive she takes one of their cars with much aggression.

Meanwhile Lincoln fires the aforementioned smoke grenades into Self’s room, who tries to leave but sees the fight on the floor below, so he opts for the fire escape only to find that Michael rigged it not to work. He falls down and Michael takes Scylla from him.

Sadly Michael has a cancer attack and falls down before he can get Scylla to safety; Don takes it back and is going to shoot Michael only he’s shot at by a company guy and then Gretchen saves him and the drive off into the sunset, but not before going to where Michael left the last piece and taking that.

Michael is taken by the company to a mysterious hospital, not unlike the one you may recall from the following episode.

Lincoln calls Alex and tells him that the deal is off or something, putting Alex in an awkward situation wherein he’d called the FBI who were looking to arrest him and promised them something he couldn’t give them. He is subsequently arrested. Fortunately he does return to help Lincoln a couple of episodes later.

Don and Gretchen goes to the place with the meeting and that’s when Don tells Tea Bag he should kill that guy. It’s also when Don kills someone who set up the meeting with the buyer so he would not have to pay them because he’s filthy and horrid.

Lincoln goes to the General and they make a deal, the deal where he gets Scylla and Michael survives. He also gives him Tombstone 2, which I can only imagine is a slightly better file than Tombstone.

So this episode is set shortly after Mr Self stole the Scylla from Mr General, he was on a team with Gretchen and I think Tea Bag and they had found a buyer, Tea bag had stayed with Gretchen’s sister, maybe not in a good way but I couldn’t tell, she didn’t seem to like him, but before this episode started the company took Tea Bag to their base and had him there. Lincoln tortured him for information as to their whereabouts.

Fernando was in this episode, he was basically Lincoln’s shadow, he pointed guns at all the same places as Lincoln and did all sorts of mischief, in the end he hopped on his merry way and Lincoln thanked him for all his hard work and dedication. He seems like an alright guy I reckon.

Michael and Sara were in a hospital or somewhere, Michael was having his cancer taken out and Sara was there to watch. Michael was having dreams that were also flashbacks to a gentleman named Charles but who was also maybe called DB and he had a cat, I suppose they were in prison together, they got along well enough but my guess would be that Charles is either dead or in prison. From the way they spoke it didn’t seem like Charles had the best ending. I guess he was the prison’s wise old owl.

Alex started the episode being transferred from one prison to another I suspect, his friend and someone he didn’t like were the agents escorting him. I guess his friend was the one who helped arrest him, but I’m not sure what he did wrong.

Gretchen’s sister called Gretchen and told her she didn’t want to see her again, I’m pretty sure Gretchen’s sister adopted Gretchen’s daughter and the daughter doesn’t know that Gretchen is her mum.

Alex tells his escorts that he is legally entitled to a wazz, so they let him go for a wazz, rather than wazz however, he steals a pipe from a sink, which he later uses to break a window on the cop car and run off into the distance. His friend tries to stop him but he tells her she’ll have to shoot him if she wants him to stop. She doesn’t and that’s the end of Alex’s situation until we see him pop in to see the team next episode.

Fernando calls Lincoln Bobby, not sure why, there aren’t even any Bs in Lincoln, not even one.

Remember how in the following episode there was a guy called Scott and they killed him? He was in this episode. He was Scott again. He was the buyer that Don and Gretchen wanted to sell to, only it turned out he was planning to steal it from them all along so that it couldn’t be traced back to Mummy Christina. So when Lincoln and Fernando finally got there it turned out that the situation was a pretty bad one all around. This is why they were forced to work together in the subsequent episodes.

This is the episode that I found out that Sara’s father was murdered; I guess it was because of the company or maybe it just happened. I didn’t see it mentioned again after this so I guess it was never resolved.

Michael was having surgery that only one person had ever had before (his mum?) so it might have been risky. Also Michael’s job was a structural engineer and Charles’s cat wasn’t there anymore, but they were still chatting. The surgery might make Michael forget loads of stuff but it wouldn’t matter.

The impression I got was that while Don, Tea, Alex, Lincoln and Fernando had only recently been asked to help the company, Gretchen had worked there a while, and seemed to resent the General for making her do her job or something.

Also Michael almost dies but it turns out he’s fine, and in being fine he has a bit of a think and comes to realise that Scylla isn’t as he’d thought just a list of names, but rather it was information on how to make energy in its plenties, explaining both its humanitarian nature and its weaponry nature, not explaining why they didn’t make two copies but what do I know.

Finally Lincoln told Michael that the reason he was working for the company was to save his life, and that he had agreed to get Scylla in exchange for Michael’s surgery, so the company keep hold of Michael after the surgery so they can get Scylla and Lincoln tells Michael that their mum used to work for the company before she died and that’s all of this episode.

Well then, the previously looks like the end of season five is pretty confusing, so that's nice, back to not knowing what's going on.

A flashback! The first flashback we've seen, and it's of Blair and Chuck kissing. Or does this mean the whole episode is set 4 months ago? Sparky your parasol is silly looking. At times it looks like you're wearing a sombrero, but a really unhappy one. So does Sparky ever get a chapter? I wonder.

Why are we watching Blair and Chuck get it on? Does that have any relevance at all? Doesn't feel like it does. I like Bart's blazer. Also Lily is pretty (as fucking always). What has happened to Serena seriously? I mean it looks like she's you know, taken drugs. Oh hey Sage. Ooh, a job offer AND a new relationship is on the horizon for Sage. Serena has disappeared before? Oh dear. Well she's okay in the end so it's alright. Ah, Jean-Pierre. He appears to have a crush on Blair, but that might be because he wants to do well in his job.

I like Amira. So far she seems nice, affair with Bart excluded. It seems like sleeping with someone who is questionable is all part of the initiation in this though. I wish there was less Chuck/Blair, and more Serena happening. Also Lily and Dan, too. So people are saying she's dead???

Lily: daughter missing; still looks flawless and makes conversation with people and is polite as fuck. Basically she's wonderful. So the baby from like the last episode was Sparky's? Ugh Blair and Chuck being jealous. That's practically foreplay for them. I'm not kidding look at how much they want to bone.

“We're never going to discover her secrets in her loofah.” You are probably right Blair. I like Rufus so far, he seems nice. So this must be the episode where they sleep together. And Dan sees. So did Nate know that Dan was Gossip Girl and he was going to break the story? That can't be right, can it? Also Dan doesn't know where Serena is, so someone else must have taken over Gossip Girl?

So my guess is they've gone to a cabin and she's with Steven and they're all coupley and shit. Not quite a cabin then. But definitely still with Steven. Good times. Sabrina haha. Oh god this is so embarrassing for her. (I guess this is why he has some issues about trust with her then). This is a really fun episode I think.

Awwh, I'm looking forward to Rufus and Lily being parents together, that'd be cute. Also the whole living situation thing. Can also tell they both still have feelings for each other, irrespective of Bart and Ivy. Sparky stop talking about cults and sacrifices. Nate speaks sense. I like Blair and Dan talking though they're kind of funny together but I mean I don't want them to be together because that seems like it would be weird.

Anyone else think of Pirates of the Caribbean when Dan got slapped a second time and said he deserved that one?

Blair what are you doing?? Blair you little shit. Sparky you even bigger little shit. Jesus christ they ruined their wedding :/ How did they not see the two grooms on the cake? Are they all blind? Dan needs to get over this whole Chuck complex. It's kind of shitty. I like Rufus' chequered shirt. Well Blair, maybe Serena doesn't need you, did you ever think about that?

I don't know guys, this group of friends/lovers is toxic as hell, but at the end of the day, they're all sort of like good together I guess? In a way. It's kind of... I don't know, it's this group of people and they're all meant to be together because they're all sort of insane and rich, and like that's their group.

So you’ll never guess who was in this episode, only Gretchen Morgan. You remember her right? She was the lady from the final two episodes who was in prison with Sara, the only character in that prison who didn’t receive an introduction, who appears I the opening credits having a gun pointed at her by Michael which didn’t happen in the two episodes she was later in. So you can imagine my surprise to find out that she was a significant character during the actual series. Michael didn’t point a gun at her this episode, so we’ve still got that to come, happy day. Seriously though, she was a lot easier to get on with in this episode than she was the later ones.

Also a much more likeable character in this episode than he later became was Tea Bag, the more I see of him the more I can understand his motives and take his side. Initially I thought he was a bastard, but at the moment he seems more someone who was trying to make the best with what he had. The sexual predator thing is a little tricky to forgive, but his working for the general against Michael and Lincoln is a result of everyone else’s betrayal, not his, all he wanted was for his mum to be safe and for him to finally have a job like the real upstanding citizen he wished he was. Seriously though, maybe he could not rape people and that would make him even better. I think that the way the series ended for him was quite fitting, it wasn’t ideal for him, but it was the best it could be under the circumstances, a lot like his personality.

A contrast to him is Mr Self, who in this episode alone went all the way to the top of my least favourite character list (except maybe the General). From beginning to end he was just unpleasant and I very much could have done without him.

Aside from the distinct addition of Gretchen there was another difference to team Linc in that there was a distinct absence of Alex Mahone when this episode began. On the phone to Sara he informed her that he had left him some messages, and also there was talk about our old friend (from the future) Fernando, who had left shortly before this episode, so I’ll keep my eye out for him, not that I should need to, he has plenty of presence.

This episode started after the Company had taken Michael against his will to a cabin in the middle of nowhere, kindly leaving Sara at a nice hotel. The Company’s play was to turn Michael to their side by telling him all they could achieve and by telling him his mother was still alive, also by using drugs I think. There was a lot of “We know you’ve heard stories but we’re here to tell you the truth” and “Listen it’s not just about that” which in many ways reminded me of every piece of religion propaganda I have ever been exposed to.

Sara was told that she may not see Michael until after his brainwashing (they didn’t tell her it was brainwashing) but eventually someone (who may have been the General’s daughter) informed her of his location, so that was good of her. She goes to get him later, but I’ll get back to that.

Another thing to make clear here is that Sara, just like Michael does not trust Mr General to keep his word, when she expressed this to Lincoln he explained in not so many words that he didn’t know what else he could do to achieve a sufficient outcome for them and their families.

There was talk between Self and Bag that they should not let Lincoln be in charge (probably because everyone on the team is smarter than him) but when they bring it up and point out that he is outnumbered Alex walks in just in time and everyone goes “never mind” because from what I gather Alex and Lincoln are the only two of the five of them who actually get on, so Alex would probably cause a fuss to keep Lincoln in charge. I think Gretchen has a crush on Lincoln though, not sure, I didn’t follow what was happening there.

So Sara let’s Lincoln know she knows where Michael is and Lincoln is a moron about it, but Tea Bag finds out that she knows and tells the General, who instructs his people to move Michael, unfortunately, just before they quite can, he goes and escapes somehow. He makes his way onto the main road where he is almost caught but saved just in time by Sara, who came alone to aid him and succeeds in doing so, so then he’s fine and that’s fine and that’s it for them until the next episode.

There’s a phone number that team Linc have from last episode, not sure where they got it or whose it is, they’re also looking through a lot of faces to see which one looks like someone, I guess they stole it from someone or something who knows. Anyway the phone number leads to a girl who Lincoln causes great public unrest to get her and have her lead her somewhere, but it turns out she was lying and he causes more public unrest (leading to the aforementioned plot to not have him as leader). Unfortunately she gets away but fortunately he stole her wallet, finds out who she is and a bunch of things and that leads to a boat where a man got off with Scylla. They don’t find him it turns out, but they do find a man with three joints, so it’s not all bad news.

Then it turns out that one of the faces on the mysterious list of faces is someone Gretchen recognises from a previous episode (he is named Scott), she arranges a meeting with him and offers to bring team Linc to him and misdirect the General for ten million dollars and zero cents, she brings team Linc to Scott and his mates and then kills his mates because she didn’t care about his lame money, Scott then shoots her and is killed by Alex. This causes Lincoln to have to decide what to do with her, knowing that if he lets the police get her or takes her to a hospital he’ll put himself and his friends at risk, as Don Self is all too eager to remind him whilst Tea Bag explains how killing a woman with an 8 year old daughter is immoral and Don doesn’t even care. Alex finally persuades Lincoln not to kill her (as I figured might happen due to her living appearance in a later episode) and steal’s Scott’s phone.

Scott gets a phone call and Lincoln tells the silent person on the other end that he will kill them, turns out it’s his mother and that is where the episode ends.

I am guessing from the title that this is the episode where Blair and Dan sleep together, but I could be wrong.

I need to stop bitching about previous-lies, but they sort of piss me off. So that's all I'll say on the matter. I like Serena's pyjammas. WOW Sparky why are you watching him sleep? Woahh kay then. She does that a lot? Blair go away. Go hug Chuck and listen to him complain about his daddy issues or something. But not on screen.

Lily was the mayor? That's cool I guess. Didn't that piss Bart off? I would have thought he'd like the be in charge. Maybe they ran against each other once or something, I could see that happening. I really want to see the earlier series, see how it was before they all got 'adult' and have jobs and shit.

Sparky are you shitting me I had no idea you had such a crush on him? I like her make up today it's nice, slightly eccentric but nice. Wait so Chuck and Amira are pretending to go out? That's a bit weird. Lily looks radiant so far. What does she see in Bart seriously? He seems like such a dick. And Lily is so sweet.

Blair why do you piss people off so much? At least it isn't just me you piss off. I like Nelly she's giving Blair a hard time so it's cool. I like Nate and Serena talking together it's nice. “Once I got into Yale I realised I didn't have to dress like you any more.” Oh snap! Haha, she got into Yale and Blair didn't I am amused by this. I have no idea what happened in high school but I feel like Nelly beating Blair is going to make me even happier when I do see it.

Steven didn't tell Serena about having a daughter A+ you are even more of a jackass than I thought you were. And Sage lied about her age I imagine, so the whole lying thing or just casually leaving shit out of conversations thing runs in the family.

Wow this episode is pretty much Blair falls on her arse and doesn't know anything; like Serena being back and having a new boyfriend. And the Poppy having the same collection thing. Serena and Lily are so cute jesus. And they dress really wonderfully. I hope her party isn't too much of a disaster. I love Serena's dress wow! Sparky doesn't give a shit about having an invite or not: see thanksgiving episode for further proof. I do like her lipstick though.

Blair is kind of pathetically in love with him, and he just seems really uninterested in her until the last episode. I like Nelly's dress. “if you wanna die getting drunk trying to impress people who don't notice you.” truth.

Chuck you idiot why would you use your mother's birthday as your safe's code! OH LOOK IF YOU HAD JUST TOLD HER THE TRUTH NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED! Don't fucking try and take the moral high ground here. No, I'm sorry isn't anyone concerned about the fact that she's 17? Ugh this episode is a bit fucked up. So tired of Steven's bullshit. So tired of Chuck's daddy issues. Also tired of Blair just in general.

Good idea: have the show without these people. It would be nice. Though it is quite satisfying watching her being escorted from the premises. “Hey! She's clapping for you!” God bless. Serena raised a record amount of money well done her!

“Hi I'm Bart and I bribe my way into your heart how you doing Lily” that's all I hear when he talks to her. That's all for this week, but next week we have the last episode of season six. Well the first one.

So to start with the General sent pictures of Team Linc’s friends and family to them so they knew that he meant business, he intended to harm their associates if they should happen to do wrong by him by not finishing their respective tasks. The team killed a man and stole his key in the previous episode, they said so. Also this is when Michael initially joined the quest to get Scylla, not to help Lincoln but rather to hinder him, even though Lincoln was acting with Michael in mind Michael didn’t support his choice. On the phone Michael told Linc that their mother was alive.

Through magic and sorcery they found out what the key they stole did, it opened a door to a house, they went there and found a clue Christina had left for Linc telling him where he should go because Michael wasn’t born in the picture.

Oh and after all these millions of episodes I’ve finally learned where the General got his scar. His bff tried to explode him in a car because Christina said he should, but he got out with only a scar and a broken arm. Christina later killed the General’s bff for his failure to blow him up sufficiently

Michael and Sara start off somewhere really far away from Miami and spend this episode traveling towards there, initially they hitch a ride with an amiable trucker, but he is murdered and so they escape his truck and continue on foot from there, eventually killing the man who killed the trucker, it’s from this man that they get the piece of paper they use in the following episode, he works for Christina.

Initially before the truck is taken over Michael tells Sara his life story, about how great his mummy always was and is a bit different to that as of late.

The General is suspicious of Christina so he calls her up and they have words, it is clear that he doesn’t trust her a great deal. Christina is overall upset that he is alive, but she doesn’t tell him that because that’s considered inappropriate in most societies, of which I am sure theirs is one.

After Alex tells the team that Christina might have Scylla Lincoln goes to meet with him, she says that she isn’t all bad, and that she wanted to help him and that getting rid of the General rather than returning him Scylla would benefit both of them, so rather than work against one another she’d like them to help one another out, Lincoln seems to believe her at the time. Unfortunately they have a bit of a Pearl Harbour situation because while they are negotiating not killing each other his friends are away disrupting her plans, because of this we’ll never know how sincere Christina was about wanting the best for Lincoln, as he unintentionally starts to get in the way of her plans and she has to have Ross the sniper try and kill him. From her actions in the following episodes it can be assumed that she didn’t really care about Linc, and would have sold him out at the first opportunity, I don’t really know enough things to know how true that is.

I also confirmed what I was already pretty sure of, it was the company that the General and Christina work for who initially framed Linc, and had been trying to kill him ever since. I’m not sure why sorry.

  That is everything that happened this episode, T-Bag did a little bit in a church type thing but that’s about the lot.

Aaaaaand another confusing previously on Gossip Girl! Awesome. Liking the establishing shots of Manhattan. This episode isn't going to be Blair-centric, is it? Something tells me it is, and that makes me want to puke slightly.

I don't like Blair's fashion choices, so that wins for the heinous fashion choice of the episode. Just her whole collection. Of course that man is called Jean-Pierre. He is French, and in fashion, so of course they chose to call him Jean-Pierre.

I don't think Sage is handling it well, but I have to agree with her that her dad's shitty. Just in general. He looks like he's—yeah I was just going to say he looked like he was about to do something shitty, and he did. A break? Much as I don't want them together, that's still shitty.

What is Chuck's hair doing? It looks really weird. Awwwh, what a cute doggy! Who is Jenny? Serena as an it girl! I can see it. Sage wears really cool hats. Also she's pretending to like Serena. Uh oh. “A fashion show is hardly a crisis.” Yes. Yes. There is no crisis, Blair go home. Is she seriously going to faint over—yeah she is.

Jesus Christ Sage. Seriously? Seriously.

It's weird that I like the clothes that Blair wears (mostly) but dislike the stuff she designs. SO you're going to make Serena lie about how cool your clothes are?? I remember Sage fucks this up somehow, but I can't remember how.

I really hate the term 'Debbie Downer'. Ohhhh, so that's what she does. Hmm. The underwear choice could have been much more flattering if you ask me. I think it's true what Ivy says about Dan. I obviously have no idea about how he is at the start of the series, but he IS ruthless, perhaps more so than Nate or Chuck. Less so than Bart. But he is extremely ruthless. All of his attacks are in writing, but the impact of what he begins—gossip girl—is probably the driving force behind the series, and have real effects on the characters and their lives.

Blair and Sage were the most annoying in this episode. Also everyone got annoyed about Sage stripping, calling it child pornography and all that, but she's in a relationship of a sexual nature with Nate; so is what they're doing against the law or what?

So it became a little clearer as to what was going on between The General and Christina, I guess they worked for the same company only she wanted to be leader of it and he didn’t really want her to be because he liked being leader.

I also learned that the Scylla could be used to make plants, so that’s good, but it probably also had other uses like murder. I guess it was a bio-weapon.

As I figured Michael was not working for the general initially and only joined in to help Lincoln, which Linc didn’t enjoy because of that time when Michael helped him before so being helped twice is too many helps.

Sara found out she was pregnant in this episode, which kind of explains why she didn’t tell Michael straight away on account of he was super busy planning and thinking and dealing with cancer.

Michael and Sara had a note written by someone about a thing that was important, I’ll let you know where they got it when I can.

Tea Bag chained himself to a gate in this episode in order to create a distraction. Tea Bag is a massive cunt but so far this is my favourite thing I have seen him do. He also seemed quite a lot smarter than Linc, Don and Alex (the four of them were a team), which explains why, in spite of his unimposing stature he commanded a lot of respect in both of the prisons I know him to have been in. I guess he represents kind of an immoral mirror of Michael, maybe in previous seasons this came more to light.

So the Scylla thing had previously gone missing I suppose, and it wasn’t until now that the General found out that Christina had it, but Linc already knew maybe and didn’t want to tell him because it would cause various problems.

There was a doctor who died in the following episode, whom Christina had been doing business with, Michael figured that out and went to get him, and Lincoln figured it out also and went to get him also, Michael got there first and so Christina’s friends started on him, so Team Linc got there and Alex killed Christina’s friends. Then they parted ways except Linc and friends took the doctor, but Michael kept his phone. The doctor managed to convince Team Linc that he didn’t know Christina, which is probably the thing that led to his dying.

This episode also featured some overall dislike between Alex and Michael and Sara, this was still a theme later on though so I knew that already.

Oh and there was a sniper who wanted to kill Lincoln, but he didn’t quite manage and he’s dead now. I didn’t catch his name but I am happy to pretend that it was Ross.

There wasn’t much else in the way of plot development, so I’ll have to leave it here.

The previously is fucking confusing, so that's promising. Right, so Nate's chapter is out. 'The thing is, he's right' well done Nate for pointing out something that has been a theme in later episodes. All of the chapters seem to be truthful, and I sense that the truth is something most of these characters can't face, for whatever reason. That's the nice thing about having tonnes of morally grey characters.

Steven, everyone on this show seems to have had sex with everyone else on it, so you can get off your high horse. Also you had sex with Lily, so I don't see how you think you have a right to judge. Ivy, why are you reading his mail? Steven stop being a douche bag. We all know you had sex with Lily, her MOTHER. Fuckin' ass.

Wait, is Bart doing something sort of... sweet? Like he saw how upset Lily was about her mention in Gossip Girl and now he's going to give her some good press, to make her feel better. So Lily and Chuck seem really close to each other, but Serena and Chuck never seem to talk in this ever. So I guess they don't have a brother/sister relationship. I think they slept together though, so that could be awkward.

You couldn't care less, Chuck. Saying you could care less means THAT YOU CAN CARE LESS. Which implies that you care tonnes. I'm sorry I just don't like your bullshit. Okay so this is one of the few Serena/Lily interactions I've seen, and I love it. It's so... natural and fun. Woaah, everyone's phones are going off at once. Yay, people are calling Steven out for being a lying dickbag. Steven stop being such an idiot and just admit that you're wrong and you're silly. And now he's making excuses for it? He still realised that he'd had sex with someone, even if he didn't realise it was Lily. And he said anything past second base. He's being so hypocritical. I really like Lily and Serena. I talk about my love for Serena all the time, but seriously. Lily and Serena are cool.

I don't see why people are always so shocked in this show by people having sex with other people. It seems like a waste of energy considering everyone has slept with everyone else. Well I'm mostly assuming everyone has slept with everyone it seems that way anyway.

Blair's a really obvious liar. 'Princess Jasmine' Are you shitting me Blair? Are you fucking shitting me? Oh look, another count of racism from Blair. First we have her dressing in stereotypical Native American clothing on Thanksgiving (a holiday which seems to celebrate the murder of a group of people) and now she calls Sheikh Hassan's daughter 'Princess Jasmine'. My hatred of her increases with every episode I watch.

A whole load of other shit happened while I glared at the screen, including Nate being forgiven and people making up and shit, but nothing too important. Ahhhh. Sparky got the sex tape. I knew she took her bag for a reason. Who's Phillip? She has a boyfriend?

And the winner of the silliest fashion thingy for this episode is Blair's green hat/bandana.

So it was Lincoln who started working for the General and Michael only helped because Lincoln was being stupid. Team General caught a doctor prior to this episode; they caught him at an airstrip. He knew Christina and was like helping her or something, he said he wasn’t but he so was. The Indian man who is killed in this episode was someone who knew the doctor also, in fact I think he liked the doctor better than he liked Christina, but you can forgive that on account of she was going to have him murdered.

The way that Christina framed Lincoln was pure genius also, she had someone shoot the man in plain view of everyone, making no effort to obscure the security cameras or hide himself from the armed guards that would have been looking right in his direction if this was real life, then he put down a bullet that Lincoln had been holding before and sauntered onto an elevator, counting on no one to look to see who’d shot the man for at least 10 seconds. Obviously she spent a lot of time planning that.

Michael was there because he caught Christina and she told him Lincoln would be there, that’s about as deep as that goes.

Christina though, escaped the clever man’s snaring, with yet more of her clever planning. She deduced that Michael had the world’s strongest dental floss, so she tied it to the bathroom door and then tied the other end to one of those spring things that people have to stop their door from hitting against the wall when they open it too enthusiastically. She then counted on Sara being the world’s most aggressive door slammer that the force of her closing the door would completely remove the spring from the wall due to the fact that it was in there with the world’s least effective screw. Then she had a chat with Sara who then closed the door and removed the spring from the wall, allowing her to use the screw to free herself from the duct tape and subdue Sara and her gun. Wow, I see now where Michael got all his smarts.

(It’s also worth noting that the door was closed when she tied the spring to it, so even if the dental floss and Sara’s door closing were strong enough to remove a screw from the wall, this plan would still make no sense)

Also in this episode was the General saying all sorts of menacing bad guy things like “After they bring me what I want we will kill them” which I don’t get, because he was saying it so he wouldn’t have to give Lincoln what he promised him in exchange for doing what he said. He was saying it to Tea Bag, who he promised exactly the same thing if he did what he said. Fortunately for the General Tea Bag is a moron, which I guess is why he liked him.

So I’m pretty sure in the episode with Sara’s arrest later on they said that Christina worked for the company, but I guess I could be mistaken because she does not seem to; she seems to be in direct competition with them. It is not out of the question though that she works for a different company, also called the company.

There was still no sign of anyone else who escaped from Fox River.

A débutante episode! How positively nauseating. OMG DAN JUST MADE A SEX JOKE ABOUT BLAIR. I'm amused. Ugh, Serena is with Sage's dad. I did know his name, I just don't care about him enough to remember it. And he's being a dick to her, what a surprise. I really like the butterflies on the wall in one of the rooms in Blair's house.

Dawn you're not scary, you can stop trying now. She's like this annoying puppy that follows Dan around asking him to feed her. Ivy's voice is really annoying. OH his name is Steven. I keep thinking his name is Spencer or some shit. Yes, this is not a supernatural show, apparently Bart faked his own death.

Awwwwh, Serena's cute happy dance when she finds the engagement ring! Serena is probably my favourite character. I don't even know why. I like the model Jessica, too. She's cool. Wait, Steven and Lily had sex? Isn't that kind of weird. 'the first honest and healthy relationship I've had' is it? Or will something horrible happen to spoil that?

Jessica is perfect! Blair you shut up, you're annoying me! I hope most of Dan's chapter on Chuck was just about how broody Chuck is. “We need to look after her because she isn't capable of looking after herself” NO. NO. Ohh, so this is how the sex tape episode came to be, this is also a Cantillion. Or a Catillion. Or whatever the fuck this thing is? YES. Yes. “Zeus and Hera were totes in love lol ^.^ ~giggle giggle~” And then Dan's just like BAM reality.

Idk everyone's being really fucking mean to Serena and it makes me sad. I like how Steven says “I'm a father I can't just think about myself” when the first 30 minutes of this episode have been “Oh I'm a dad but I'll do what I want without giving a fuck about my daughter's feelings”.

I just realised something! When Chuck is doing his “must seek revenge on my father” routine, his voice gets all deep and he sounds like he's pretending to be Batman. Dorota. Her name is Derota, and that's fucking awesome. Now I can talk about her without feeling like a fool trying to spell her name. I'm going to try not to go on about how much I don't like Blair every episode, but I'm only human, and I'm not very good at not doing things.

Alright so they started at a hotel, where someone killed someone and everyone thought it was Lincoln and Michael who were there because Christina asked them to go there or something. Only Christina, to Michael and everyone else’s knowledge, was captured and under Sara’s supervision (she had since escaped and tied Sara up, but they didn’t know that). So I’m not rightly sure what she said they would get by going to the Hotel, Scylla would be a safe bet though.

Scylla by the way seems to be some kind of weapon or something, as a man wanted to buy it from her so as to go to war with another country. That was her plan I’m pretty sure.

I’m also pretty sure that Mr Tea Bag’s missing hand he blames on Michael on account his saying so in this episode, but he blames a lot of people for a lot of things, so I don’t really pay attention to what he says.

In this episode Agent Self killed a guy, not even a bad guy, he just straight up killed someone for trying to arrest him. It wasn’t an accident either; he grabbed the knife because he was losing the fight, and stabbed the guy. So I guess I’m supposed to be fine with that. Also his wife was killed in this episode because they couldn’t get Scylla in time, and he hurt his leg so he had to go to hospital. You may remember that he was in hospital in the following episode, that’s how he got there, he hurt his leg.

It’s also worth noting that even though Christina dies shortly after this, that doesn’t really mean anything for her plan, she still had that guy killed and convinced that other guy that the Chinese did it, so the war is probably still going to happen. In fact, it was suggested that she intended to betray the Indian man, which surely would have gone towards preventing the war. So really her death did no one any favours.

So something that alarmed me in this episode was that the place that they use as a hideout in the following episodes looked exactly the same as the kitchen they run through in the hotel in this episode… The same hotel where they appeared to have killed someone whose death could very well lead to a world war. What’s that about? They just sauntered in and were like “Oh, you mind if we just chill in your kitchen? We won’t kill anyone else if you let us, promise.” Weren’t there police checking that place out? You know, what with the dead body of the Indian prince and all. Or did they just find another, almost exact replica of that kitchen, in which to do their business?

Lincoln was shot by Christina so that his lung would collapse, she did this to limit Michael’s time in which to structure a plan, because of course he would think of one because he’s Michael, and the show is about how good he is at plans.

It was also pretty weird that Christina knew where Sara was and made no effort to use her as leverage against Michael should he decide to outsmart her. I understand that when she escaped she was probably in a hurry, and probably didn’t want to be seen dragging a bound and probably unconscious woman through the streets, but she could easily have send someone there to keep an eye on her should things go South. The General apparently is slightly savvier than Christina, or rather, Tea Bag is.

I’m also pretty confused as to what the situation between The General and Christina is, they are not on the same team I guess, but maybe they were at one point, or they just associated with the same gang, I guess the Company has been mostly dismantled by Michael and his clevers, and they’re just what are left over. They have obviously gone their separate ways in any case, as in this episode they are in direct competition.

There was a little bit of antagonism between Sara and Alex in this episode also, I would think that this was either to do with his being an FBI agent and her helping to free various murderers from prison, or possibly it was to do with his apparently betraying Michael earlier in the show, or perhaps they used to do drugs together.

Don, it turns out, has also betrayed the team before, only they said what he did in this instance, he stole the Scylla and wanted to sell it to pay for his disabled wife to have better care, I guess this was earlier in the season when it looked as though things may finally have been about to end and then it didn’t because of what he did. Such is the formula for betrayal in TV shows that are dramas.

This episode also is the one where we found out how Michael got Scylla which he is later seen having. Turns out he stole it… at gun point… clever clever.

Also it was mentioned that a day before (maybe a little more) The General was the one who approached Michael and his team with the offer that if they find Scylla he’d give them a bunch of money and get their names off of the list of the people who’d done bad things and should go to prison. So I guess that is where the situation all began. Though it probably wasn’t that start of the season, because it was only 24 hours ago and there are like 19 more episodes, although in fairness that is only just over 14 hours of episodes, so I guess it could have been.

That’s about the long and short of it, I feel like maybe I missed something, but probably not, I’m very attentive.

Serena is awesome. I bet when we watch the earlier episodes we're going to see more of her pretending to be dumb, and people will totally believe it (probably because she's blonde) but we all know she's totally awesome okay. Omg I'm so amused by Rufus taking over Lily's party. “You're trying to bully me into retracting an article about you being a bully” YES. THIS. Silly Blair.

No Nate you leave Serena and Dan alone they are in love! Ffs Nate. You caused this shit between them. Lily is super hilarious when she's being bitchy, which is all the time, but oh well. I like how Eleanor clearly doesn't know how old Blair is. Neither do I, but I'm not her mother. Who is CC? Why do they have her money? “I've spent the last few months hating you” really? That kind of sucks then, the next few episodes are going to be sad.

It's often so that they look good, and sometimes you can tell that they're just going through the motions; doing what rich people are meant to do. Ugh.

Pretty annoying start to this episode. Before I started Prison Break I was concerned that the episodes would start with “Previously on” and I would have to guess when that would end and skip to there, so it was much to my relief that I didn’t have to deal with that for any of the other episodes I watched. This episode was apparently an exception and I should imagine most episodes henceforth will also have this issue, so that will be fun.

So I guess Christina and The General weren’t working together in this, I’m pretty sure they’re on the same team but I guess she’d rather have the Scylla thing than have him have it (Scylla is the thing that Michael stole from the company and gave to the United Nations and Mr Kellerman in episode 22). I’m not sure exactly what Scylla is, it has files on it, but they could be a virus, or building schematics, or information about people or anything that if I was a bad guy I would want to have, I guess I won’t find out until several episodes ago when the writers thought it necessary to let the audience know what it was.

In this episode Alex’s loyalty was called into question, but just as in the final episode, it turned out he was not after betraying anyone, he was just pretending. This suggests that at some point in the past Alex has betrayed the team for personal gain, this likely involved drugs in some way as it was made clear that Alex was or had been a drug addict.

So I believe I recall that 9 prisoners escaped from Fox River (the prison from earlier in the series), the ones I can account for are Tea Bag, Michael, Linc, Fernando and C-Note (the black gent whose name I still did not catch so I checked IMDB and that’s what it said). This leaves four more unaccounted for, who I will eventually find out about and let you know. Of the five I know of, I have a strong suspicion that all but Tea Bag were innocent of the crimes they were convicted of, which is why they escaped together. Tea Bag found out about the escape and therefore blackmailed his way out with them as is customary of any prison escape that happens in fiction.

Sara was one of two nurses in Fox River and had allied herself with Michael, he asked her to leave the medial room door unlocked and they used this to aid their escape. She used to be a drug user in the past; you can tell that this was a relevant plot point for a few episodes or maybe before the series began.

Alex and Mr Agent Self were both FBI agents at some point or another, which stands to reason that they were pursuing Michael et al after their escape, but they had their eyes opened to the truth and then they understood the real situation. It was also implied that many FBI agents (possibly including Self’s partner) were in league with The Company. It is not made clear how close Alex and Agent Self were or whether they even knew each other before recent events. Someone who enjoyed clichés might speculate that they used to be really close and then Alex defected and Self was torn between helping his friend and doing his job until Alex proved to him that he could do both by taking down the actual bad guys. I don’t really think that was it though.

The condition that Self was in in episode 22 was not caused by the same incident that put him in hospital it seems, but rather it was done to him in hospital by an ally of Christina(?) to prevent him from turning the FBI to his cause. It is also noteworthy that unlike Alex Mr Self was more than happy to sell Michael out for personal gain in this episode (unlike next episode, wherein he did not do so).

I should also note that with each subsequent episode I watch I become more and more understanding of the team’s later decisions to screw over Tea Bag. He was given many chances to switch sides but instead he decided he would try and rape Sara, so really he deserved to go to prison. He also has a thing about people holding his pocket; it’s a dominance thing obviously.

Prior to this episode C-note and Fernando were off living somewhere else, then they met up with each other and later with Michael, it was C-note who was first approached by Kellerman with the deal that would subsequently lead to the exoneration. He went with the deal to Fernando asking him to get hold of Michael and that’s about all this episode goes into with that sub-plot, the next part was in the next episode.

Honestly there wasn’t much else that happened this episode that wasn’t clear from episode 22. It didn’t explain Linc’s injury because it happened before this episode. They already had Scylla. Michael climbed the wall and rescued Sara just like Tea Bag said. Christina told Linc she wasn’t his mum just like Linc said she said. Alex took a bomb pretending it was Scylla to Christina just like the one that goes off next episode. Self was already in hospital being questioned by the FBI except in this episode it made clear that these particular FBI agents were cunts and he wasn’t already unable to talk.

Also this was the episode where everyone found out about Sara being pregnant, before now only she and for some reason Christina knew about it.

He reminds me of the horrible guy in the Cat in the Hat who tried to marry the mum. I'll google later and see if that is him.

Serena types quickly! Who is Rufus? Ivy's voice really annoys me. I feel bad for her though, she's going to get screwed over and Lily will win. Again. I like Serena and Blair fake smiling. Like in the middle of an argument they stop and look like bffs. They've got skills.

“We're not actually going to have sex,” okay, good. I'm glad, because like. no. Bart and Ivy just shouldn't. Chuck ffs, why did you just come in unannounced. This just reinforces the whole 'watching people' thing from that other episode. Yes, Rufus sort of did what I wanted. A theme in this is probably going to be that Rufus's love of Lily wins out against all other shit, and I'm sure people will underestimate the power that holds.

“Does Blair need you to kill a spider?” You shut up, spiders are scary okay! So I just realised that Serena sometimes calls Blair 'B' and Blair sometimes calls Serena 'S' and together we all know that makes BS. I find that funny. Lily destroys the evidence, Chuck. So stop trying to make her change her mind. Technically, Chuck wasn't lying and that's hilarious.

Side note: googled William, and it turns out he wasn't in The Cat in the Hat. He is his brother though.

Why is Chuck always talking about some pact they made? It's kind of annoying and makes them both sad. They're more annoying when they're sad, that's a fact. Happy Dan and Serena <3 Kind of. I think. Yay! They should be adorable hermits who just stay inside happy and stuff. (I want that for my future).

Sparky! Oh, so that's when Dan decides he's going to write the Serena chapter. Well it works out in the end, so I'm not going to hold that against him.

Based on the way that this episode ended, I think it’s fair to say that this was essentially supposed to be the end of the series and the final two episodes were just supposed to be bonus episodes so we could watch Michael die (and why wouldn’t we want to). It got a little confusing at the end when The General was being given the electric chair and Michael was dead, but I understand now that this episode for the most part takes place before episodes 23 and 24, but the final scene takes place after them.

So here’s a surprise, the bitch lady that Sara was arrested for killing was only Michael’s mother? She was a part of an organisation named “The Company”, they are not the good guys. The Company consists of The General, Michael’s mother (Christina) and various others who are not really developed but I can assure you they’re Grade-A scallywags. It was implied that they murdered some people and framed Linc and some other guys and that was why they were in prison in the first place.

This episode was in place to show their getting exonerated for the murders they didn’t(?) commit. Their initial plan was to steal this really dangerous thing from The Company so the company couldn’t use it, or it could have been that he was stealing it from someone else to give to The General in exchange for Sara, who The General until recently had. Once they had everything together they decided they would destroy it.

Suddenly though they found out they could bring the thing to a man they didn’t really trust, his name was Paul Kellerman I think. If they did that Michael could just say a list of names and none of the people whose names he said would go back to prison. It became increasingly vital that he did this as the episode progressed, as one by one his friends were arrested.

I learned also that Linc’s full name is Lincoln Burrows (this confirms my earlier speculation that he is not the Legend of Zelda protagonist Link Pan). Linc started this episode injured and had to eventually get to a hospital, causing his arrest. It was implied that he and Michael may not be related by blood and rather have just thought that they were brothers. It is never fully established but it is made clear that it does not matter.

There are two more people in this episode that were on Michael’s team than there will be in the next episodes. One of them I did not catch the name of, but he is a black gentleman who was in prison with the team, he was not friends with Tea bag, he was an all-around cool guy. He was not in the following episodes because upon exoneration he went to his family and stayed with them.

The other person who may or may not have been on the team was a man by the name of Agent Self, who was played by Michael Rapaport I think. He started the episode in a bad way and ended in it just as bad a way, but he did not help the police who were pursuing Michael and the team, so that’s good. He was not in the following episodes because he could not walk, talk or move his body at all, except he could write.

So in a previous episode The General had Sara captive, Michael got her out, Christina took Michael, Sara and Linc. Michael and Sara got away and Linc got shot in or around the lung. Michael sent Alex to get Linc. Alex went to Christina telling her he had what she wanted but it was actually a bomb, unfortunately the bomb did not go off and he had to set it off manually. By this time Christina had caught on to his lies and was about to kill him, but it turns out if there are only two of you and you have a former FBI agent within a foot of both of you and you would like to do something he might object to, maybe it’s not the wisest thing you can do to give the order out loud. So the bomb went off and Alex and Linc hopped along their merry way.

Mr Tea Bag was held responsible for the escape of Sara and Michael from The General’s captivity. I guess he was in charge of preventing it. The General was very cross about this but Tea Bag used Sara’s phone to get in touch with Fernando, and arrange a meeting in which he intended to double cross Fernando, but he wasn’t counting on the black guy, and he got captured by him and Fernando.

Michael got a phone call from Kellerman at this point.

Michael, Linc, Sara and Alex went to the hospital to steal supplies so that Sara could heal Linc. Upon this visit Alex was arrested and The General, having learned their location from Linc’s phone when Kellerman called him, came and took them back to his tower where he threatened to have Lincoln’s girlfriend Sofia killed unless Michael gave him back what he took.

Fortunately Fernando and the black guy had tortured Tea Bag and learned the general’s location, where they promptly went and killed both of his guards, forcing him to let Sofia go and ultimately deciding not to kill him.

It was around this point that Fernando was arrested. The rest of the team went back to the place where they had stashed the device (it was a kitchen I think) but were followed by Christina and her two best friends. Turns out that wasn’t much of a problem though because they just killed them all (Sara killed Christina). Then Sara decided that it was time Lincoln went to a hospital and the black guy just stayed behind as Michael finally took the device to Mr Kellerman. He has issues about it but they had a talk and he finally handed it over and everyone was exonerated (including Sara, which makes me wonder why she was arrested later).

Fernando wanted to keep a pen.

They decided that Tea Bag should not be exonerated with them (quite rightly so, they did give him a chance) which was what he was talking about later when he said “When you and your brother send me back here” or something.

The General was also arrested, which explains why he was in prison in the following episodes.

That’s about the all-around of it. It was overall a happy ending and I don’t really know how I feel about their doing the following episodes.

I’d like to know some more things about what the book ‘The Captivity of Negativity’ is, I guess it was referred to a lot by a certain character in previous episodes and Tea Bag didn’t like it at all. I’m also guessing that Michael liked origami because of the paper bird they left on his grave, and the paper flower in the next episode. Fernando might have a thing about pens, or he might have just really liked that particular pen (which is fair because it did keep him out of prison), not sure.
