A term that is close to this may be bleedover, or emotion sharing.

Emotion sharing is a specific type of bleedover, which is defined as when the emotions that one member of the system is feeling bleeds over to the others.

A musicaler is a type of headmate that listens to and plays music in order to try de-stress / calm down.

Hm... I don't think there would be a term for the headmate, however you could say this headmate is co-conscious.

You could instead describe the amount of sentience or consciousness.

Unfortunately, there is no specific type of trauma holder that excludes familial trauma.

Would it count as cotard's delusion if headmate is a god that would originally be immortal and it (the feeling/believe of immortality) transfers to the body when the headmate fronts?

Right now I'm labeling myself as "protector, but just for these things" and I want to know if there's a more concise label i can use

Physical protector - a type of protector role for a headmate who fronts to help protect the system physically.
