Jitka is as much of a sex pest and a petty noble as Hans ever was, constantly seducing the men around her, and with multiple scandals under her belt, which is why her uncle was so keen on them getting married as soon as possible, before there's a bastard babe in the oven.

So when her and hans finally meet, people think it'll be great, they're so similar, they won't be able to keep their hand off eachother. But there's three problems, not only is she actively trying to make Hans break the betrothal, but Hans isn't even her type. No she likes tough peasant boys, with rough hands and gravely accents. You know, men like Henry, sir Hans' page that never leaves his side and keeps side eying her whenever she's alone with Hans ( he's a bit jealous and overprotective of his lord, she thinks he can't keep his eyes off her). And finally because the are both so similar, they can't stand eachother and both think the other is the most snobby, entitled and stuck up person they've ever met (they also have the same taste in men).

So now jitka is trying to seduce Henry right under his lords nose (stroking Henry's arm, watching him train, feeling faint in the hot sun and needing specifically Henry to guide her to the shade, the whole shebang) Hans is at first confused, until he hears jitka compares herself to guinevere and Henry to Lancelot, then he's like "oh it's on, that's my lancelot bitch!" Now Hans is jealousy hogging all of Henry's time and trying to stake his claim on Henry as subtly as hans can (which we know from the Sam convo in kcd2 is not very subtle) jitka is now the one confused. Why is her future husband upset that she is trying to seduce the page he has with him at all times MORE then he's upset that she is actively trying to cheat on him before they are even married? And why is his page not interested in her? Particularly with all the rumours of Henry having a thing for nobles. Rosa, lady Stephanie, the noble lady you can sleep with if you don't go with bartosch (even if Henry never slept with them, there are rumours) then she twigs what going on, maybe she stumbles on them having a moment idk. So now it's one big game to her, how far can she push Hans before he snaps and admits he's in love with Henry and breaks the betrothal? And while this is going on , Henry is caught in the middle being very confused, very scared, and a little turned on.
