Sometimes I find myself waking up in the mornings feeling so sad, not because of my depression but because I start to miss being loved, I miss those moments where you get to be hugged a lot at random times because he appreciates and loves you, and when he hugs you; it fills you with so much happiness, I miss those moments where just being around that person you love so deeply fills you with joy, I miss that feeling of feeling wanted and cared for. But I guess I must be happy that I’ve been fortunate enough to know real love twice in my life but at the same time I wish I never lost that love, sometimes I think maybe it’s possible to find love again, but in my mind I’m reminded all the time how unloveable and unwanted I am, it hurts to want to find love again yet feel like I’m never good enough for anyone. Love, I miss being loved and loving back, I miss having love in my life.

When did freedom of expression suddenly become an online crime? When did an attack on a specific subset of any group ever work to the benefit of any institution?

In this bloggers humble opinion, Tumblr’s December 17th forced genocide of Adult Content blogs is just another example of how our society is slipping backwards in its level of tolerance towards anything that is different, preferring to have this type of content hidden away, and marked with a scarlet letter of intolerance and shame.

Are there issues revolving around certain types of blogs Yes. Child pornography and other unacceptably content is abhorrent to all. Is Tumblr going after those specific types of blogs? No. Are they setting up a system that blocks minors from accessing adult content blogs? No. They are preferring to follow a simplistic “nuke it all” approach rather than address the overall problem. Taking a M.A.D (mutually assured destruction) approach, can only end in one way, for without adult content, Tumblr will die off.

For everyone who is choosing to remain, we are gathering publicly.  Our mission is to offer, provide and request Context for the new tumblr guidelines.

Tumblr has put out its rules and regulations concerning what is and is not allowed.  It’s now up to us to make sure they follow those rules.

We didn’t make those rules, they did.  

Many of us are choosing to return to our roots here at tumblr and head away from the sex smut and focus on big sexy men as we always have.

Many have seen posts blocked for being “of a sexual nature” when they are not.  We’ve seen posts blocked for nudity when there is not.  So, we are coming together to be a voice of reason for this.  Running away doesn’t solve a problem.  We can address it by our majority.
