The liquid inside its glass body is freezing to the touch and allows it to create rain and hail with little effort. It suffers from the effects of its own cold, and is generally pretty miserable as a result. By chilling the air it touches, it can fire a blast of frigid air from its hands, freezing anything in its path (Winter Cannon). The chill it emits from its skates can freeze the ground solid, creating an ice rink in any environment near instantly (Rimedash).
