You can get larger than 800cc shells of course, this applies to the US, but you can still custom order or bring in larger from abroad AND off the shelf silicone implants are just round the corner

Smaller shells overfilled look more ‘ball like’ and will have more projection as you overfill. Shells with a larger diameter of course need more to get the same sort of look

The shells themselves are pretty durable. The ‘weak’ points and where things go wrong are usually with the ports and/or issues with infection, the more times you access a port the more chance there is of something going wrong
