Rue's journey to the Counciland goes dangerously awry.

Troubled by the Council's decree & the encroaching blight, Orion seeks a quiet place to think--but her peace is short-lived.

CONTENT WARNING: This chapter contains depictions of violence and human & animal death. Time stamps for this content are approximately 8:54-10:30 and 18:42-19:19. (Technically both of these scenes are plot-relevant, but you should be able to get the gist of them while skipping these timestamps if you need to!)

Episode 6 takes us back to Asteria, where Rue receives an important letter.

Come visit Orion’s home, the Flatlands - so called for the miles and miles of flat Pine Savanna. You’ll love the misty mornings, whistling quail, and gator tracks that occasionally appear like residual hauntings. Feel the crackle in the air of oncoming summer storms as you watch massive gray columns of rain from miles away. Sometimes they’ll pass you in the distance, all while the sun beats down overhead. Other times they’ll come fast, soaking you if you underestimate the breakneck speed of the clouds.
