Earth has been taken over by nature after the disappearance of humans. A meteor falls into Earth; inside is magic that has been dispersed from the Earth. The alien that was made from magic rises up from the rock; Cosmic Annie is born. Hu is the first spawn, born as the prime of her species. She was alone on Earth until a spaceship landed. The aliens, known as the Amphiods, are an imperialist race that colonized the planet and imprisoned Hu. As a determined individual, she breaks free from her cell using the magic she has learned adaptively. The Amphiods are outraged by her escape; Hu hides in an underground river as a safe haven.

Then, she developed her intelligence for learning magic and scavenging scraps from the abandoned city. By combining her magic with old technologies, she engages in bioengineering to create a diverse range of beings known as Annies, without resorting to cloning. The Annies are formed from natural magic, which evolves life forms, including Hu’s first daughter, Bathala, who was born as an infant. After colonizing Earth, the Amphoids constructed cities and named their new home Amlut. In addition to being aware of the fact that not all extraterrestrials were aware of their existence, the leader, who was obsessed with locating the Cosmic Annie, was aware that these creatures were both exceptional and rare.

Hu creates cells as the new colony of this planet, and some harm the environment, but the environment changes. Bathala has daughters named Biggy and Bang who are engineers to help their grandmother to create a new Annies and technological powers to fight off the Amphoids and bring them to justice. With a collection of data, the daughter's studies have revealed a lot about humanity. The Isolated Cave, Annie's secret realm, was established by the underground river. Hu asked for a strategy to eradicate amphoids. Biggy created the Mimic-mizer, a gadget and motif that she uses to look back on human history and apply the ideas. This device can transform the Annies into a warrior that it charges and transforms by a need that is magic and power by electricity; this could have a connection to the Annies’ uniqueness. This great technology has achieved the succession of the Cosmic Annie to fight them, as Bathala and her daughters have transformed into a whimsical guardian to defend her mother and kind; thus, this is the birth of Magica Cosmic Annie.

Towards battle, the Amphoids had been finding the prisoner for years on the surface and were shocked that she had many of them the same as Hu, which makes them confused. This meant the Cosmic Annies attacked the squads as the leader declared a war against them; the Cosmic Annies were magically prepared with their outstanding technology to defeat them.

The Magica Cosmic Annies enter the fort, and the dictator surrenders; this presents an opportunity to defeat him once and for all. All the Amphoids are extinct; thankfully, to recover, the Cosmic Annies must build a new civilization. Earth has a new life recovery, and the animals take a different evolution in a distinctive shape by radiation, then came the changes of Cosmic Annies, now as the dominant species evolves by nature, and most are either magic or artificial. The planet was renamed Amlut (Amphoids' earth) to Re'radise, the Cosmic Annie’s home planet.

Years pass, and Bang has two daughters, Eu-meh and Jade, who will be potential Magica Cosmic Annies in the future worthy of succeeding their grandmother and great-grandmother.

Foundational Laws

Law of Coexistence – Magic and technology exist in the same world, but never by accident. Something in that world's history explains why both survived.

Law of the Dominant System – One system (magic or tech) must be rigorously defined and predictable. The other can stay mysterious, but not both.

Law of Convergent Origins – Magic and technology often trace back to a shared root — a forgotten science, a misunderstood force, a common ancestor discipline.

Interaction and Conflict

4. Law of Systemic Rivalry – Magic and technology compete for cultural, political, or spiritual authority. Coexistence does not mean peace

5. Law of Magitech Interference – Enchantments can short-circuit machinery; machinery can disrupt spellwork. Proximity between the two systems has consequences.

6. Law of Escalating Hybridity – Once magic and technology touch, someone always tries to fuse them further. This never stays contained for long.

Resonance and Conditions

7. Law of Ley-Line Circuitry – Magical power and technological power can share the same physical infrastructure (currents, grids, veins in the land)

8. Law of Concealment – Whichever system is rarer must be hidden from whichever system is dominant, or it will be studied, weaponized, or outlawed.

9. Law of Power Asymmetry – Access to magic or technology is never evenly distributed; whoever controls the interface between the two controls the world.

Balance and Consequences

10. Law of the Uncanny Trade-off – Fusing magic and technology grants power beyond either system alone, but always at a cost neither system alone would demand.

11. Law of Systemic Limitation – No hybrid system solves every problem. If magitech can do anything, the story has no stakes.

12. Law of Backlash – A technological failure caused by magic looks like an accident. A magical failure caused by technology looks like a curse. Both are punished differently.

Special Conditions

13. Law of the Conduit Class – Certain people, bloodlines, or machines exist specifically to bridge magic and technology — and they are rare, valuable, and hunted

14. Law of Cyclical Convergence – The boundary between magic and technology weakens on a cycle (an alignment, an anniversary, a season) and strengthens the rest of the time.

15. Law of Dual Sensitivity – Some beings can sense both magical and technological disturbances — and are the first to notice when the two systems start blurring.

Ethical and Structural Laws

16. Law of Contested Ethics – What one culture calls sacred, another calls primitive; what one calls innovation, another calls heresy. Magitech is never ethically neutral.

17. Law of Informed Fusion – Merging a person with magic-infused technology (or vice versa) without consent is the genre's most reliable source of body horror and rebellion plots.

18. Law of Binding Contracts – Whether sealed by oath or by code, agreements between magical and technological powers are treated as equally unbreakable — and equally dangerous to violate.

Advanced and Rare Laws

19. Law of Systemic Drift – Left alone long enough, magic starts behaving like technology (systematized, replicable) and technology starts behaving like magic (unexplainable, revered). This is usually the story's slow-burn reveal.

20. Law of the Singular Anomaly – Every science fantasy world eventually produces one being, artifact, or event that neither system can explain — and that thing is always the plot.
