This is so much deeper than what this is about to seem like but
Whenever I show off something and tailor it to the average eye rather than how I like or perceive things, it ends up being taken better. It’s broad ik but for example, posting; if I post something that’s closer to my aesthetic or something it doesn’t do well or wtv but when I post like some shallow basic shit it does better and idk it’s just not me and I hate this because it’s more than just the fact that I could continue doing or creating or sharing things how I view it. I’m trying to grow things and for that to happen, it needs high recognition first and that doesn’t happen unless shits tailored to others who make it happen. Idek I’m not saying this right but idc cuz this is the only place I don’t have to care abt what someone else thinks
Another ex can be how u present yourself right like what you wear or the makeup you put on, imagine being on a yacht with a bunch of rich folks and everyone’s wearing the light pastels and casual dress clothing but that’s not your vibe, you wear baggy clothes or spikey jewlery and wtv but if you were there trying to make connections instead of getting looks, you would automatically feel like you’d have to change and wear what they’re wearing which is a very human response btw but. Does this make any sense idfk im just pissed and I feel like giving up on everything and being disconnected again
This is not just about the clothes I wanna wear or the things I wanna post if you can grasp the concept, I’m not great at articulating my thoughts so well into words.. actually a big reason why I started this journey tho ig
