It's like an almost hilarious concept. "Hey my beloved students, yeah i decided not to try to save you guy's future so that I could get revenge on a leader you guys didn't pick that did everything in her power to try and save y'all." That's some boomer shit.

IDK why people are so understanding of the fact you don't send, idk, Green Arrow alone against Darksied, Braniac and Doomsday who teamed up for some reason but are unwilling to acknoledge that heros will have different moral codes and work better for specific missions when they don't have to do acts they dislike or disagree with.

I feel like people have started hating Janet from HR to the point they seem to forget that Janet and Ivy's relationship is like, extremely abusive. No G.Wilson didn't "just switch harley with some random background character" she's using Janet to comment on Ivy's complex relationship to humanity and how she dehumanizes people around her and she (obviously and rightly) doesn't want to make Ivy abuse Harley in the process.

The reason I cannot get into heated rivalry (or any hockey romance tbh) is that I am incapable of suspending my disbelief that these people wouldn't have horrible CTE by the end of the show and their relationship wouldn't significantly suffer due to said CTE.

Hokey romance parody that starts out as a sexy romance movie that does all the 3 acts of a standard hockey romance in the first part and randomly turns into a horror book about CTE and a scathing critique of sporting organizations ignoring it to make money.
