In over two decades I have never been scared of what was about to happen to Chris.

He is “Project W test subject No. 013”

He steals information from Umbrella's U.M.F.-013 computer.

He is 13 years older than Chris Redfield (38 vs 25 in 1998, the year RE1 is set). As a parallel, Chris Redfield is 13 years older than Piers Nivans ( 39 vs 26 in 2013, the year RE6 is set).

His final appearance in the series is 13 years after his first appearance. (RE1's release date is 1996. RE5's release date is 2009)

There's probably some more 13's occurring in the series, these are just the first I could think of...
