Can you spot my two healing hounds? Felt so rough today so i had to lie down. My two healing hounds lay with me taking care of me. 💘💘💘

Meltdown today. Feel pure rough. Light headed, nausea, pain and overall temper tantrums. I am finding it so hard just to get a grasp on what medications i am on. Had to cancel my Acupuncture. Went to bed lying down with my healing hounds. Now i am watching Netflix. I feel so vulernable xxx My moods are so all over the place xxx

It's been a rough day. Noel had to carry me back to bed at 11.30am. He had doctor appointment he has to wear blood pressure cuff for 24 hours. When he got home I was having the most awful dreams. I needed help off Noel about my medication. I have a new app medisafe to help remind me of my medication. It got so confusing. Nothing goes in my head. I have tablets only for five days and tapering off steroids. Then trying to lift cup to drink water I spilled water on notebook. I then thrown them all across room and screamed so badly. I cried for ages then Noel settled me on the couch. I put on Netflix and watched Pride, Predjuice and Zombies. Hugs appreciated xxx

Yesterday was horrendous. I woke at 3am with agonizing pain especially my knees, shoulder, shoulder blades, elbows and neck. I was totally in spasm and agony. Tears just flowed from me. On top of that my ingrown toe nail is infected. Noel brought me to Shannon Doc I got anti inflammatory tablets. When i got home Noel put the bean bag on couch so i could try sit and put tiger balm on me. I got through the day with lots of tears. I did have a few hours sleep last night. Today i had my first counseling session it went well. Felt good. Now i am relaxing watching Unbreakable on Netflix !!!
