I cant stop thinking about a post I saw about someone developing irreversible stomach issues after using mass gainer?? I was using it a lot and developed lactose intolerance, other intolerances including a possible sugar intolerance and i never thought to link it to mass gainer… its the reason why i stopped gaining as the intolerances were so bad it was making me miserable (and still does).

Please message me if anyones had similar experiences or know more about it, I’d like to learn more about this but i feel awkward going to a doctor being i was literally chugging two litres of mass gainer and ice cream semi-regularly🙃

Be careful out there feedees. Just because a feeder suggests you do something, it doesnt mean they know what theyre talking about. Set your boundaries, look after yourselves, your health isnt worth the kink </3 xx

Edit: i dont mean to shit on feeders btw, its so easy to be misinformed and even i, the feedee, never even thought to look into the consequences or something like mass gainer. I’d see so many people using it in the community but no one talking about the consequences so it was never something I considered
