Another Note: It may be a little hard to do this if you're on mobile browser due to smaller buttons + the site can get laggy if you're file is big, but it's still doable.

( 1 ) Go to Photopea.com , click "Open From Computer" then select your pixel/gif file.

( 2 ) On the right side you'll see a collapsed folder containing the frames of the gif, click on that folder to close the folder first.

( 3 ) Under that layers area, click the “New Adjustment Layer” which is the half filled circle icon ◐ . This will open a set of options you can choose from.

( 4 ) From here, you can choose and experiment with any filter you'd like, on here I clicked the "Gradient Map" from the options.

Make sure the created Adjustment Layer will be placed above the folder or else it won't apply.

In case the "Properties" tab didn't open, click the icon encircled in the image below so that you can adjust that layer's effect on your gif.

( 5 ) From this point, it's pretty easy to just experiment with changing the properties of the adjustment layer until you get your desired effect.

With gradient map you can click the gradient rectangle then it'll open a window(?) where you can change colors of the gradient.

After clicking one of those squares, you will need to then click a different rectangle seen in the image below, which will then open a color picker for you.

To add another color, you have to first click on the area below the gradient rectangle (See the area in image below. Clicking outside of that or on the gradient rectangle above will not let you add a new color.)

( 6 ) Once you're satisfied with the gradient you've made, make sure you click the "OK" button

( 7 ) To save your gif, Go to File > Export as > GIF. After another tab opens click on "Save"

Recolored pixel is now done
