“I’m Doing Fine Without You”

Throughout the 1st century BC, the city of Baiae was a retreat and leisure destination for emperors and wealthy Romans. Tectonic movements between the 3rd and 4th centuries AD caused much of the coastline between Pozzuoli and Cumae, including Baiae, to sink. Today, its remains lie 5 meters below the sea.

Not everyone is meant to come with you. At the beginning, there are many voices, many faces, many people walking beside you. But the moment you get serious… about your goals, your growth, your life— things start to change. Some will not understand. Some will not support you. And some will quietly disappear. Not because you did something wrong— but because your path no longer matches theirs. Success is not crowded. It requires discipline. Sacrifice. Focus that not everyone is willing to give. And that’s why the road gets quieter. Fewer distractions. Fewer passengers. But more direction. A bus is full because it follows a common route. A Lamborghini… is not built for everyone— only for those who know exactly where they’re going. So don’t fear losing people. Sometimes, losing them is the clearest sign that you’re finally finding yourself. 🖤
