i can't wait for the team reveal in a few days cuz i'm hoping it's gonna be a really really shitty team theme so i can have an immediate excuse for not participating

another digital circus thing but did anyone else initially thought that after caine died the circusgoers would've taken his place as "omnipotent head AIs" after mastering their conjuration powers in order to revive the crumbling circus and maybe make their lives a little better. idk it could've been a really interesting ending, not sure how good it would've been but y'know

i feel like caine dying off permanently would've made such a great and tragic shakeup to the status quo of the circus but i don't really fuck with him being revived... somehow. stealing an idea from an artist i randomly found on twitter here, if he were to be "revived" it probably wouldn't be the same caine, just a tiny fragment that wasn't fully deleted within the recycling bin/cache that also resembles a little baby tooth (aw), and his name probably would be Enoch (after a son of the biblical figure Cain). a possibility set up by the ending is the idea that this little baby tooth would soon grow and evolve into a more well developed AI like caine, though it wouldn't be the same person as him, with the circusfolk basically being his sorta-parents...

They should invent a person who is sexually attracted to you and also cares about you as a person

so blessed to have the latter but… I just want to be used as a toy sometimes

another adjacent idea to this is the idea of the devs' brainscans working in conjunction with their human progenitors on the program, instead of them being entirely separate entities who never meet, probably cuz it could be cool and add a lot of depth and weird psychological shit into the backstory of these characters. how would you feel if right after being stuck in a new place you were immediately told you're not real by the real you speaking from outside where you are, wouldn't that be fucked up. actually maybe the devs could probably tell themselves they were gonna be clones before cloning themselves for less immenent psychological clone distress but still. maybe they stopped telling the dev clones they were actually clones and kept themselves as anonymous voices because they found out the clones who already knew they were clones actually fell into abstraction way quicker. maybe this is something caine also had to learn so he ends up keeping a shitton of these dark secrets from the main cast despite being a goofy wacky show host who wants to make friends and all that out of fear of them abstracting. interesting contrast that could be given to caine
