i ate too much yesterday but like still sort of a “normal” amount and i just ordered food at work like a dumb little loser 😔 it’s my metabolism reset day okay, i’ll get back to restricting tomorrow and ill do good the rest of the week…that’s what im telling myself at least

i successfully restricted all week and can definitely see a difference in my tummy. i just wish i had a scale 😭 i want to obsess over the numbers bro. anyone have a cheap scale that they like that i can order online?
