Sneak peak into an au I’m cooking up 👀
Hollyleaf is raised in windclan au.
In this au Squirrelflight and Leafpool do tell the secret to Firestar, it is privately decided amongst the Thunderclan and Windclan leaders and their deputies,as well as the families involved. (Crowfeather, Nightcloud, Leafpool, Squirrelflight, Brambleclaw) no one else in the clans know about the secret. Yet.
It is decided that Hollykit will be raised in windclan, and Lionkit and Jaykit will be raised in Thunderclan.
Nightcloud gives birth to Breezekit that night, and no one is suspicious when she returns with two kits. She does not resent hollykit, though her and crowfeathers relationship is permanently strained.
It is Leafpool’s punishment to have to watch her sister raise her kits, and to take little part in their lives. Squirrelflight and brambleclaw raise them as normal just without the secret involved, which complicates things as they get older.
Hollyleaf is eventually given the suffix “leaf” as a cruel reminder to crowfeather, who must always remember who her mother really is.
